i really like that guy from the counter name - randall that he so amazing just meet him he so awesome every this gas station i been going before heading to work everyday freshly coffee and good customer service 100%

I've given this place too many chances. Long wait lines in the morning with one cashier with two people always out smoking. And they do not treat grass cutters or laborers respectfully in the morning. So basically if you are Hispanic wanting gas snacks expect long wait lines and disrespectful service. Repeat business is not what they're striving for here. Wish this site would have allowed me to post video.

I go to this gas station several times a week and majority of the staff are quite pleasant and wonderful. I enjoy seeing the regular staff and receiving friendly service. With that being said, as of late, a woman named Irma has been working there and yelling at other staff in front of me and another patrons. It’s appalling. Andrea is a kind woman that helps me almost every time I’m there and I walked in a few days ago to Irma yelling at Andrea (again in front of patrons) about cleaning and shouting “no one does anything right! Just get away from that mess and go stand behind the counter, don’t leave the counter!” I stood in shock and disgust witnessing sweet Andrea being treated that way. This wasn’t the first time I’ve witnessed that behavior from Irma which is why I feel compelled to leave a review. I hope that this can be addressed by upper management because Irma is proving to be a poor leader with very inappropriate communication skills.

Saw a Rat the size of a small dog. While getting coffee . It was carried a Payday king-sized candy bar across the floor. When i told the lady working. Her response was. "" what am I supposed to do about it"""I don't blame her. She looked tired and over worked.. I will not be returning to this RAT INFESTED STORE

I went to get a Single can of beer to make meat balls. The Spanish girl took my beer away at the counter. And became very argumentative from that moment. Said she could do 3rd party sales. And that i was buying the beer for my Husband. I tried to explain i was in store by myself buying the beer for a recipe. She told me leave store or she would call the police. She has no coustomer People skills and a victim mentality.

I’m a regular customer at the Shell Station on 410 Old Hickory Blvd. I’ve constantly have heard an Assistant Mgr. by the name of Eric cuss customer after they have walked away from the counter. I couldn’t believe how this guy reacts to customers. I just wonder what he has said after I’ve walked out the store. This isn’t a people person and he shouldn’t be working in a public establishment of any kind.
