Car broke down off the exit and I asked the gas station if I could charge my phone to call a tow. Instead of helping, management trespassed me like I was loitering—even though I offered to buy something. They were fine with me spending money, just not charging my phone. Circle K across the street treated me like a human being and helped without issue. Avoid this place if you’re in any kind of emergency.

The store interior is usually clean and organized. Shelves are stocked, and high-traffic areas such as the cashier station are kept tidy. Cleanliness contributes positively to the overall customer experience highly recommended

The girl who looks like she's falling asleep is very rude. Tried to cash a $4 lottery ticket, she scanned it twice so it said it was invalid. What should have taken 30 seconds took about 10 minutes.

Went to put gas and to buy some beers showed the guy my I'd and he said it was fake , so all's I said it's not fake but okay keep your beer then and he literally started cursing me out for no reason so I really don't recomend this place at all .

It’s always closed for some reason around 10pm..the African American cashier lady at the front with the tattoos has horrible costumer service and always has the worst attitude..they new management ASAP

I visit this Shell location frequently and always satisfied with my purchases there. The staff is friendly and open to conversations. Even though gas prices are usually higher than the gas station across the street, i prefer coming here. There's one issue encountered that unfolded recently. One of your staff members that works the weekend shifts gave me non-friendly customer experience. When i asked for $20 on pump 6 and a pack of newport red box, i was asked for my i.d. which i promptly showed the lady. Holding my i.d. in my hand, she took it from me without asking which i didn't think nothing off but the amount she took to carefully study my i.d. for a time longer than really needed. I look well my age (34) and my i.d. is valid. What really was the problem here?
