Everytime I come to this store they are inside the countertop. Multiple people are waiting. They have like 4 or 5 employees but all of them are doing different things like casually talking, except take care of costumers. They take a lot of the contractors time just in waiting. Avoid this store if you have another option!

I will NEVER return to that store ever again. The manager Shaun is the most unprofessional and rudest SW employee that I’ve ever talked to. He does NOT know how to resolve a problem that in fact only takes a phone call. He even wielded his hand aggressively before handed the receipt. All the employees as witnesses. I’ve worked with SW for so long and used to look at it as a company with high values and professional care to customers but no anymore. I have everything videotaped.
