This is by far the best Sherwin Williams I have been to, the manager Brandon always goes the extra mile to help me out. As a local contractor I have been to most of the stores in the area and this one by far is the best. Could not recommend this location more.

$75 for paint that is supposed to be 40% off? Uh no. This store too is filthy dirty.the bathroom was even worse. Although the associate was very nice, I will not be back.

Out of all the Sherwin Williams in Nashville this location has always been the most helpful. The Asst Manager Hope is amazing and really goes the extra mile! I have been to every Sherwin Williams in Nashville area and this is my go too

The best customer service I have ever received in my life was at this Sherwin-Williams!
While preparing my house for sale, I needed several touch-ups across the house. The paint I had matched at Home Depot was too dark and almost led to having to paint the entire house unless we found a match.
Mike, Logan, and Jalen spent a significant effort in helping me match the paint color. They were extremely friendly and patient with me, even though my issue seemed small.
We saved me thousands of dollars in labor by the effort their team put in. I'm very grateful for the team's effort, and I will recommend any person looking for paint in Nashville to go to this store.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced at a sherwin in 7 years of using them. I go in to place a 48 gallon order and immediately start getting attitude from an employee, taking my business elsewhere forever.
