Went into the store and talked with them telling them to help me with a good paint to repaint my entire main area about 900 sq feet . I wanted highly washable and durable paint . I was recommended to buy Duration interior acrylic latex paint . It’s about 75.00 a can . Let me save you a headache and the money . This is THE WORST paint on this planet . I did exactly what they said and let it cure for a week before wiping off with a wet rag . It came right off . I would paint one room and then stop for the day ,remixed the paint with a electric paint mixer the next day and started back up and you can tell exactly where I stopped the paint does not mix back up and doesn’t dry the same color . So you literally have to repaint the wall you left off of to blend it ! I’m one that also likes to touch up scuffs periodically throughout the house !!!! NOT WITH THIS CRAP . I hope this helps someone in making paint selections, please don’t make this mistake ….. waste of time and money .

the staff at this location has helped this “weekend warrior” several times. when i have a concern about my project, Andy and his team have solutions for me.i certainly would recommend this location for services, expertise and a very friendly and helpful staff.

This store is seriously suffering for need of staff and management. Over 6 months ago I was here, they were helpful and had a good bit of shoppers. I've tried going here the past month multiple times and the store wasn't open to posted hours and looks like a hot mess inside compared to my previous visit. One time when their posted hours said they should be open, I was one of three shoppers looking to go in, all of us equally confused. Finally got there on a day when they were open, no other customers, & the one person working made eye contact, didn't acknowledge me at all, and casually strolled to take a call. Waited a bit and then left as even the manner the phone call was being handled with indifference made it clear customer service wasn't really a focus. It would seem there is a major staffing issue here.

They need to update the website to reflect updated hours. We drove here 20 min only to find out they are closed on Sundays per a sign on the door.

Went to lowes to find a darker shade of a certain color and they started guessing. Needless to say I leave without paint. I go to Sherwin-Williams the next day and I show him the color. Within seconds he has the exact color. Walked out with my paint. Will never go anywhere else for paint. One happy customer.

I am a metro Nashville teacher, and I was recommended to come here. I’m so glad I was! They were extremely kind and helpful. If you’re a metro teacher and planning on painting your room, you definitely need to come here!

For now I have to give 1 star because they haven't kept their store hours up to date on Google. I drove 15 mins to get there 15 mins before the closing time they had published on Google, but in reality they had closed a half an hour earlier so I arrived after close. Oh, and I wasn't the only one...another pair of painters had also arrived just before me and they were also annoyed that the store was closed before the hours that were listed online. I submitted to Google the hours that are posted on the door, but the store owners really should be managing their own Google profile when it comes to things as essential as open and close times. Hopefully I can leave a better review once I actually get a chance to interact with the folks at this location.
