The costumer service is awful in this store they was racist with me and I have to come back inside the store two times to ask them to bring my paint

The people in this store are super nice and very helpful . Found out today they keep all your records for 10 years .. . I live in Tennessee and my house faces south, gets full sun ... the paint lasted 10 years . Faded some but not horrible .if you think this paint is expensive, it's worth the extra money . The inside of my house also lasted a long time . We recently repainted inside and regret NOT getting Sherwin Williams . We will not make same mistake again on the outside .

This customer service keeps getting worse here. The store opened at 8:00 today, but it was still closed when I went at 8:30. Last time I went here, the only person working was in the office. He knew I was in the store, but I waited 15 minutes for him to get off the phone and enter the sales area.

Rude and terrible service.. Didn't even offer any sort of resolution to what I was asking, treated me as if I were dumb... I'm not the one who works at the paint store so I'm sorry if paint isn't my expertise... Friends with a lot of builders in town and will never send any business this way.

Customer Service was subpar yesterday and then today we showed up to give you some more business at 7:20 AM (when the store is supposed to be open at 7 AM) but it’s closed and nobody is in the store

The knowledge of the products and painting process from the sales associate made it worth it to pay a little extra for a can of paint. The Bellevue location is easily accessible, clean and safe.
