I live close to this Fed Ex and whenever she works, she is helpful and sweet.I would say to check the ink on the self printing printers often because a few times, the prints I printed came out with small spots in different places and so I had to go and get them printed by staff, which defeated the whole purpose of time and money saving that self printing promotes.”

“This review is for Mark in store 5520 and applies to several days. I was attending the AACC from out of Town. Mark even answered questions for me weeks prior to the event when I called with questions. Once I got here I stopped by the office at least 5 times to create and print posters, pick up books I had shipped, pay for sending leftover materials back to my home, purchase materials, etc. I had many questions and needed help navigating the enormous convention center. Mark was patient, knowledgeable and more helpful than I could have hoped for. Truly professional and could not represent FedEx any better than he does.”

“Arrived into Nashville on Southwest from Louisiana only to discover the airline had lost my presentation poster I needed for a conference presentation the next day. Spoke with Jay at Fed Ex (only 5 min down the road) and with only an hour and a half until closing, she was able to print my presentation for me. Was very efficient and helpful. She was actually leaving but got the process started and handed off to a co-worker named Tim who finished the task. Thank you to those two very helpful employees for helping me out!”
