They had a 3rd party trucking company deliver our materials to the jobsite whenever we requested them and added the cost to our monthly bill. It made it super easy. Would definitely recommend.”

“My delivery time was between 1-5 PM, they never called and arrived almost an hour later. They then said they forgot the hardware for the install so they could not install it. Also, they conveniently forgot the straps to move it upstairs ( 8 steps), to where my existing washer is. I called the next day and they said I would be contacted to get the install done, and I have yet to be contacted. Horrible experience, not sure why Sam’s Club contracts with this company.

EDIT: Was contacted from customer care and they made things right.”

“First of all, let me be extremely grateful for the staff inside. They were extremely nice and dealing with the situation that I had where I was going to be out of town for two weeks and my express one day package was not delivered even when I was home. I watched the driver show up to my door and then just turn around and not deliver. I had footage and everything on my doorbell camera. After a huge runaround with online and everything else I just decided to go down to the store because FedEx online and the call center was a joke. Both of the staff at this location were extremely helpful and made sure that I got my package even though I had to wait till the driver came back. They sorted everything and gave me estimated windows of when the package was going back to the facility and made sure that I got that package that day so I could have it before I went out for work for two weeks and the package would have to have been shipped back Huge props to the store and I’m very grateful for that. However, I’m not satisfied with the delivery driver. I was home and the driver didn’t want to make any attempt to deliver to the door as there were specific instructions to deliver around the side of the house at my other door.”

“I ordered a retractable banner and a number of printed items (rack cards, color flyers) from here and picked them up for a conference. Almost everything was poorly printed or printed incorrectly. After calling the store to discuss, they had me return the banner to the store and reviewed the other materials. Howard helped me, and this review is really for him. He provided exceptional service and support, working through each document with me and printing and cutting everything himself. In the end, we problem solved a number of issues related to the FedEx website's internal design service and got all the artwork looking great. The retractable banner was a problem--they didn't have what they needed to fix it--and someone from this location took the time to get it fixed AND dropped it off for us. The staff here turned a 1 start experience into a 5 start experience, and I really appreciate their time and effort.”

“UPDATE MAY 2026 - LOVED Michelle’s service. I had a prepaid label to ship back a small item, but I only had a pretty large and raggedy Amazon box. She was so friendly and gave me a free FedEx mailer envelope, which was much more secure and size-appropriate for the item. She was so kind, made some great conversation while working, and was fast and efficient and polite. Management should recognize her efforts and promote her. Kudos to Michelle, thank you for making my day! (Descriptor for management to recognize her - Michelle is a middle-aged, Black lady with dark hair with streaks of gray. She was working near closing on Thursday, May 38, 2026.)

Lots of praise for Teanna at this location. She was kind, courteous, and seemed to juggle a bunch of different tasks very efficiently. I was in and out, and also purchased some bubble mailer envelopes, in under five minutes. Thanks ?

Kudos to Marshall at this location! Always answering the phones, super knowledgeable and friendly, and helped me slice open a large paperback book I provided, punch holes in it, and spiral bind it (all for only $12+). The only downside is that they (FedEx in general – not just this location) charge a $2.50 “Full Service Fee/Surcharge” on every single print job/order that is done by an employee. I mean, I get charging a surcharge on a task like regular photocopies or prints or whatever that can be done by a regular person by themselves at a kiosk, but a customer literally has no other choice for the type of work I’,m doing. The surcharge just isn’t the move, so not this employee’s fault, but management needs to know that we, the customers, hate the surcharge! Again, kudos to Marshall!”
