Overall great experience!! The music was on point which made it a whole vibe. Our server Nathanae was very helpful knowing all the knowledge of the dishes. I highly recommend getting the lamb shank it’s very delicious.

The dining experience was unique compared to other brunch spots we have been to. Food was delicious. Service was so-so. I think our waiter could have been a little better. Price was a bit high for a brunch for two.

Built on heritage, community and culture, the team provides an atmosphere of relaxed luxury. Chef Kyle Patterson brings an eclectic American menu that is unique to Nashville, with emphasis on classically inspired dishes with a modern spin. Sinema is housed in Nashville's historic Melrose theatre. The theatre opened in 1942 and quickly became a local hotspot throughout the 40s and 50s. Our goal was to keep the essence of the old theatre, while updating it to reflect the modern dining service we provide.
