Fantastic experience! They discovered that I had a hard drive that seemed to be starting to fail and replaced it with a solid state drive. Darrin took all of the time needed to get it switched and running properly!!

We had multiple computers that were infected with the Mandiant USA Cyber Security Ransomware and we were totally locked out of them. We found Smith Technical Resources through a local Google search and contacted them after we spoke with a few other companies in the area. We were hoping to set up an onsite computer repair visit for that same day and they managed to do just that. They sent a technician out within a few hours on that Monday and they managed to remove the Mandiant USA Cyber virus from all of our infected computers in a couple of hours.The technician that they sent was polite and knowledgeable, plus he kept us informed of his progress at each stage of the removal. We had a pleasant experience dealing with Smith Tech and would definitely recommend them to our clients and friends.
