I checked in online and the wait time fluctuated quite a bit. We got a text at 3:07 that we were an estimated 15 minutes away from our appointment time. We walked in and were barely greeted. We had scheduled an appointment with a specific person. Her wait time kept increasing and at times wouldn’t decrease (stuck on 8 min). I stood up to ask another stylist, I believe she was actually the manager on duty) if we could just change to “first available” and she completely ignored me. I spoke up and said, “ma’am, we are scheduled with a stylist, but we’d take first available” and she replied that it would have to be “one of those two because I’m done.” At this time it was 3:55 and we just couldn’t wait any longer. We left and will never go back. We followed their protocol and unfortunately, it was just a complete fail for us. Had we been treated like they actually cared, I wouldn’t be writing this review.

Just don’t. They don’t follow proper sanitation protocol. I witnessed stylists using the same guards and comb for multiple customers, and they don’t change capes in between clients. Management doesn’t train so unless you’re getting an experienced stylist you may get a subpar haircut.

Tracy was awesome! She gave my 5 year old the faux-hawk he’s been wanting and it looks great and she was so personable with him and made the experience really fun. Will definitely go back to her!

Been here a few times. I have hoped for a better experience. The stylists seem to struggle with a simple fade. Unfortunately, I’m just going to look elsewhere.

Called the business I was told I could walk in and wait, got there within 30 minutes then was told I have to go to the app in sign in and there was an hour wait.

I only gave one star because there was no other option below one star. I am still in shock that a customer was treated the way we were !! Just had an unbelievably unprofessional experience that I’ve never had before we’ve been a Sports Clips customer for awhile and we were turned away 15 minutes before closing as a walk-in. We went to register online and it said a two minute wait so we didn’t register we just decided to go in since we were right around the corner walked in at 3:45. Closing was at 4 pm. There was 1 customer in the shop and there were 2 hairstylists there . We were told that they would not be able to cut my son’s hair. They could do so at 11 am the next day. The shop closes at four there was one free hairdresser and 15 minutes to cut my son’s hair which takes 10 minutes. I do not understand how you would turn away a cash paying customer before closing time. This was in Bellevue, Nashville, Tennessee Highway 70.Service: Kids' cuts

Hairdresser was completely unprepared. They couldn’t line up the sides, and missed areas completely. They didn’t have the supplies needed to perform a haircut and kept leaving to go and find what was needed. The clippers needed to be serviced or sharpened because they pulled my hair. Worst haircut and experience I have ever had. I now have to go get another haircut to hopefully fix it. I’m really disappointed.Service: Haircut

The new stylist Shannon just gave me the best looking haircut of my life. Super happy with it. She even lightened my hair to make the longer hair trap less heat. I didn’t even know that was a thing, but I can feel it.

The truth is that I have cut my hair several times in this place, but my last experience was very bad with a person who had no experience in cutting hair in my opinion and not having their own work equipment was a sign to know that should say stop. I think they should hire more qualified people to provide a quality service.
