The Staples located on Powell Avenue is amazing. The staff is always knowledgeable andwilling to help. They even listen and smile when the customer has had a bad day and may not be the nicest person. I was aggravated with everything the other day and that solvedmy problem. Thank you.

If you're looking for mailbox services please stray away from this location. I am often willing to give businesses the benefit of the doubt given I know how customer service can be and things are sometimes out of your control; however, the consistent issues I have experienced the few months I've had an iPostal box at this location have far outweighed the good. Most of the time I have had a negative experience despite attempts at being patient, calling ahead, being sure to schedule pickups, etc. From lost packages to giving me AND charging me for other people's package despite me rejecting them I have experienced a complete nightmare at this location. I tried canceling but I have to wait until my final packages come through then I am out of there. The icing on the cake was a visit last week. As I am a content creator, a mailbox provides convenience and security for me though it can be pricey. Last week I went to pick up a mail item that showed delivered but they did not scan in (which happens often here) . I was told that FedEx in fact did not run that day. Because I had the proof of delivery I mentioned the time it was delivered and who signed for it. They then told me that person is on vacation and had been for some time so that was impossible + FedEx didn't run today. At this point I am frustrated because how would FedEx know to sign this person's name and why would they show as delivered if they don't run that day (a Monday btw) .. eventually I ask about the manager and a woman tells me she is the supervisor and is also very rude and adamant that this mail did not come and that the store manager is on vacation but they can take down my info (also has been done before) . I don't live in the area and explained that I would rather them double check because I drive out once a week to pick up a group of items. They again told me FedEx did not run and the item was not there despite it showing delivered. Because this was sensitive mail I was extremely upset at this point and just left and I make it to my car and someone is running out with the mail. While I understand oversights happen, the customer service and lack of professionalism is horrid. FedEx did in fact run and someone absolutely signed for the package. There is also no reason to schedule pickups because regardless you will be waiting for them to search for packages/items always. I only have a few items left in transit and I will be moving to a new location but definitely think others should beware as this has been a constant negative experience at least in that specific department.

Received a $10 off purchase of $30 or more, decided to use it on a $120 printer. When the employee vacuuming reluctantly came to checkout she scanned the printer and this discount then read the total. She failed to mention that the discount had not applied, but I caught it in time before paying. I asked why didn’t work and she read the page for a while and then looked up and said “it doesn’t apply to printers”. Sure enough the fine print It’s just a giant list of exclusions. I’ll go to UPS store like usual from now on

Absolutely horrible experience will never spend my money at staples again. Tammy was extremely rude and unprofessional!! I called to see if they had paper wristbands before I arrived they confirmed, I couldn’t quite find them so I asked for assistance from Tammy. Not sure why but she was extremely rude telling me “it’s somewhere over there” while pointing, very rude!! I looked were she pointed still could not locate the wristbands so I asked Cindy. Who was also very rude she said something to Tammy and Tammy proceeded to say “I just told her it was over there.” A male associate eventually came and actually assisted me and I want to thank him again for his professionalism.

Hey. I love staples as a company, this store not so much. I ordered same day business cards, for an event. I received an email saying the machine was down so, I left it alone. A week or so later, just now actually, they called and said your cards are ready. I completely forgot I made the order cause the event is passed. But, I called to see if the price was adjusted, I wouldn’t mind just having extras. First Lady said “That’s not my department” transferred me fast lol, other lady, smh, She gave me so much attitude, NO WE DONT DO THAT, as if I broke the machine.

Breanna and Nakeisha took a seemingly desperate situation and made it happen. They were so pleasant and kind and accommodating and patient. Truly the dream team and the whole process was so enjoyable because of their help. Would go back anytime for their help on any and every project.

I purchased an iPostal1 service at this location and it has not been a pleasant experience. I am cancelling after this month that is already paid but I have had several issues with the service. They have given me other’s packages (which I returned immediately but just imagine if I hadn’t noticed), not scanned in mail items/packages that showed as delivered, and the service has not always been the best. You have to schedule pickups so that they can show up in the system but when you get there they don’t have it prepared or anything so I’m not sure what the point is but my greatest concern is about missing packages and mail several days after tracked as delivered. Knowing that I have been given other people’s packages it seems as if they need a better system because not only is this service one that you are paying for, packages and mail items are both sensitive and important. I’ve had this box for a few months now and will be looking into something different for my needs.

Wendy at the TSA is biased and rude. I noticed 5 white people before me she was nice to. However when I came she was extremely rude. She also wasn’t writing names down and skipped people. Even those with appointments she did not do her job. She also complained that she was new and tired. Very unprofessional

I arrived for my TSA Pre-Check scheduled appointment today and was notified that there is a system-wide outage for all airports and TSA Pre-Check centers nationwide. I was provided a $10 coupon and instructed to come back and see if their team could "squeeze me in" tomorrow, as the employee was 100% certain the system would be up and running again. There was no notice of cancellation. -I contacted the TSA Pre-Check call center and they have heard of no such thing. They have not been notified of any outages and all appointments are available as early as tomorrow at 8am. If I had been notified of this appointment prior to leaving my house, I could have had a walk-in appointment at the airport before they closed. Will not return.

I shopped for Business Cards.The software that Staples makes available made the design process simple.The personnel at this location were knowledgeable, courteous and most helpful.The lead time until my order was ready was actually later the same day.The bond/quality of the print media was extraordinary for the price, and speaking of price... it was excellent for the quality and service that I received.Overall, an enjoyable experience and I will be back for all my business print media needs.

Great that not all of these stores have closed. There is a lot of office related products here. However, I came to see the selection of Cross pens and refills available. Amazingly they must not carry this brand. They had fairly good selection of Parker pens. I was able to pick up tax software I needed.

It is as if this store has no employees. Spent 20 minutes waiting for someone to help me, circled the store so many times, and nothing. Wasted so much time I may as well have ordered online.

We had an awesome experience here the last couple days! My husband needed a nice office chair to work from home. We purchased a really good quality Lazy Boy chair, which he loves, and they built it for him for just $20! He loves the chair, and Chris was unbelievably helpful with us. He made sure we got all the possible discounts—even ringing us up a second time when our first cashier forgot about a promotion they were doing to get us an extra $18 off! Being honest, he loves the chair, but the 5 star review is for the service. I haven’t been to staples since college, but we’re planning on getting all of our electronics here from now on, and I’m gonna do my best to get Christmas and birthday presents here too! Y’all are great!

Very rude staff. I was looking for ink for a security stamp. The staff I approached gave me a very long vague response to a question and in the end he said, in short, "I'm not sure". When I asked if someone else could help me, he sarcastically and rudely said "Do you want me to call everyone? If I don't know it everyone would give you the same answer." I told him to call everyone until he finds someone who can help me. GM Johan came over, he also didn't know the answer to my question, at least he was very polite and kind enough to help go through the product details to figure out what product I needed. GM Johan saved the day, but I'm still giving this store one star because of that rude staff. There may not be a GM at any given time there so you're left at the mercy of rude staff.
