I am super impressed with your tech services department!! I am so very OG old school and have very little experience. I called Staples and spoke with Mandy about an issue about my HP desktop. She had me come in and bring my computer tower. She corrected this issue AND showed me some instructions that I could understand. She is a pro and should be commended for her knowledge and experience. I look forward to working with Staples again for my computer problems. It only cost me $29 for getting a "one on one" with Mandy and that was a bargain!!!

Everyone here is RUDE! I brought an amazon return and Ann broke it. She didn’t apologize. The manager came up and said well it could’ve broke upon shipping. Nobody has a care in the world here. I would not recommend.

Mandy was incredibly helpful!! I never usually write reviews for major corporations, but this girl went above and beyond for this company! She thoroughly helped me pick out a printer and specialty paper for what I needed for my business. She was so knowledgeable of every printer and what they did as well as the paper details. She also helped me with downloading the app and getting rewards points. This girl deserves a promotion! She cared for me as a customer as much as an owner would in their own business.
