dining room is closed , I ask "can I at least see the ingredients to know if they're fresh" and they yelled, "I'LL TELL YOU IF THEY'RE FRESH" and slammed the window. I didn't realize trying to paying you money for a sandwich was such a controversial topic.

Manager is rude and was completely unwilling to help a lady who had an accident close to his parking lot. She needed to park in the lot for a few minutes to check her car, the object she hit, and call the police. He came out yelling, threatening to have her car towed. This was the worse display of neighborly concern I have ever seen by an business. The situation made no impact on him operating the business. He show no care for the lady’s situation.

We were in our lunch break so we went to the window to order. They could not speak any English so ordering at the window was out. We had to park and go in and still she didn't understand us. She put my co workers Pizza in the microwave. It was like rubber. Won't go back there.

Online ordering a bust 90% of the time at this location. They don't start making it until you show up, even when it is slow. Disappointing when you show up and still have to wait. Otherwise, it's a subway.

Was okay. Place wasn't seemingly that busy but it took over 5 minutes for someone to come to the intercom for the drive-thru of this Subway. When they finally did come to the drive-thru window, I started telling them my order and then they had to let me know that they could not hear what I was saying. I generally am referred to by most people as an exceptionally loud voice individual that often times has to mindful of how loud I speak. As my wife calls it, I have a voice that really carries. This leads me to believe that their equipment is malfunctioning because I actually had to yell for them to hear me just okay.They took my order in a very weird way that seemed to get the basic gist of what I was ordering and then had me come around to the window. At the window they asked me for more details on what I was ordering which honestly was good considering the issue that it seemed like the intercom might be having.

My room mate and I ordered on the website at this exact location. When my room mate goes to pick it up, they didn't even ask what name was on it. When he got back to the house, they gave us somebody else's order. I called them and explained what happened. They said to come back and they would make it. He walks back down there and the manager said we had to re order because there was never an order that came through but his employee said there was and she was going to make us some free of charge but he stopped her and was so disrespectful. I will NEVER go to this location EVER again!!!
