I ordered in the app at around 7:15 pm. I arrived 10 minutes later and the store was locked and closed. It is supposed to close at 9 pm. Now, I have to wait for a refund to be processed in my bank account.

Super disappointing, ordered a sub with double meat, double vegetables, and less aoli. Got home and there was literally so little meat that it can barely be considered a regular portion of sandwich meat. Almost no vegetables, and the sub was drowning in mayonnaise. Lastly, and this night not be the franchises fault, the bread literally tasted and looks like a giant hotdog bun. I called the store to let them know about the error in the double meat as it was definitely on my receipt and paid for, and the person said I can't do anything, I don't know who made the sub. I was just trying to get feedback to the manager. I wasn't looking for any kind of credit just wanted to express my disappointment that an online order clearly is not given the same care as if I was in the store and watching what they were doing. The store also looked quite dirty.

Just left the store. I was told it's closed while someone else sat in the store, open sign is lit up, door unlocked, App says open until 9PM. All of the food was out and more bread made than they'll use all day probably. Just wanted a simple sandwich, but hey it is what it is. It's 2:35 on a Sunday, my question is if it's supposed to be closed? Hope the FZ knows he's closed already with an event at Lipscomb.

Worker said they were closed at 7:30 despite signage and online saying the store closes at 8:00pm. He clearly just didn’t want to work. Unfortunate for the franchise operator. No telling how much business has been lost if this is a regular thing.

Very dirty location, definitely needs to work on their hygiene. No masks and same gloves to handle money & food with… very interested in seeing their kitchen and how things are handled/stored.

Placed a $31 order in the subway app for this store. When I got to the store it was closed. Asked the guy inside what to do for a refund he said to call customer service. Guess what? There's no customer service for the app and they don't respond on Twitter. Avoid this store and the app like the plague.

Ordered a pizza melt toasted online. Picked up my order to find out that it was ice cold (though I had arrived there a few minutes after my pickup time) and hadn't been toasted. Please just go to a different subway.

Worker was not wearing a mask when my 12 year old son went in to order a sub. He also did not make the order correctly.

Rude manager when you call them out for giving you not even close to a salad. They delivered me a spinich salad(?) With no lettuce, cucumbers, or the dressing I asked for. I called to let them know and the female manager was not helpful or even approachable to ask for a way to fix the problem.

I usually enjoy this location but today they were off. Could use a good cleaning. I went at 12:45 so I don't know why it was so dirty. Oh, and I had hair in my food.
