TriStar Skyline Medical Center is a leading provider of emergency and specialized care. Many patients report positive experiences, describing the pre-surgery, surgery, and day-shift staff as incredible, fantastic, great, very kind, and first class. They note efficient care, with quick admission and procedures, and felt well-cared-for by doctors, nurses, and support staff, leaving them with no questions or concerns. However, experiences with night shift and recovery room staff were sometimes negative. Some patients found these nurses to be very rude with bad bedside manner, unprofessional, and inconvenient. Specific complaints include recovery nurses not speaking to or checking on patients after surgery. The hospital handles complex procedures, with patients reporting successful surgeries despite expected discomfort. While many state it will be their first choice going forward, the quality of nursing care appears to vary significantly between departments and shifts.
My wife was here 2/10/2025 through 214/2025 she had one of the best nurses I have ever seen. Nurse Brian in Nero icu. She was in room 272. He was always making sure his patients had what they needed and that they were comfortable. Could never ask for a better person. Thank you Brain
