We go that location 8:30pm on Sunday they close but they supposed to close 9:00 pm this my third time happens. I just requested to owner tell employees open properly otherwise close location

I go in with a coupon for 3 foot longs for $17.99. It does not say on the coupon u can not get chicken, steak , bacon, or roast beef. With this coupon. I always get Philly cheesesteak subs here with my coupons an Albert a worker in there says, with the coupon the manager says u can Only get turkey, tuna, meatball, ham, cold cut, pepperoni, an salami. I said that’s terrible. What’s the purpose of a coupon to Subway an u can’t use it on what u want. I was not planning on going back to that location again. Never had that problem b4

First I wanted to share that this location don't not use coupons on any of the sandwiches which in the coupons it does not specific which sandwiches. Also today I went got 6 inch steak and cheese who was there did not put much meat in the sandwiches I told him that's too little add more so he did but ended up charging me extra meat which in the first place he didn't put much to begin with. First time coming to this location and will be my last thanks to the staff and not using my coupons.

Went in for a promotion, and they said they will not honor it because I did not show the coupon before ordering. They said there is a sign posted which is handwritten advising on showing before ordering. Asked for a manger and they said he is not in. So, no one there to make a decision. Either honor or do not honor a coupon - what difference does it make showing the coupon before or after ordering if the items are eligible. And please post a sign that is obvious which will ensure that it will be read. Additionally, please ask your employees to check with yours patrons if a coupon is being used. Furthermore, another person before me used a coupon but I did not see him show it until he made the payment. His coupon was accepted. I don't recommend this location due to a lack of customer appreciation and unwillingness to work with a customer. Just stating my experience, yours might be different.

Good place, but they don’t honor any subway promotions, or deals. Why own and operate a subway if you’re not going to honor promotions and coupons.

Another frustrating area store refusing coupons. Mount Juliet, Antioch, Brentwood, Smyrna, Nashville. Seems every store around likes to refuse, or limit what you can use coupons on. Won't be back.

They are very stingy with the meat portions. My sandwich didn't even have all the right ingredients. They gave me rations as if we are living in an apocalypse. I basically paid for bread and sweet onion sauce. Subway has really fallen off in recent years. I guess they will blame that on Covid.
