Friends warned me after purchase that the deliveries are always shorted. My outdoor furniture showed up missing a whole couch of cushions missing . Turns out the "white glove" delivery service had discarded cushions in their trash compactor . This was caught on video . Store did nothing other than order me more cushions and wait two more months . Nice furniture ... terrible service!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I do not recommend purchasing ANYTHING from this company. Their customer service is horrible. I ordered 10 umbrella stands, after just one summer of use, this is what 4 of the stands look like, crumbled messes. I was told that this was "my fault", due to rock salt or bleach, NEITHER of which was used. Obviously, since this only happened to 4 of the 10 stands, this product was defective but they refuse to replace or refund anything for this purchase. They are NOT committed to quality or customer service and I spent over $20,000. with them. DO NOT purchase look elsewhere!!

Sadly, one star is too many.We stepped in to look around on the afternoon of 12/16. Spent 20ish minutes admiring the pieces.Not one single person on staff even looked our way. We even walked up to the counter, but the young lady couldn't be bothered to look up, much less speak to us.Abysmally disgusting customer service.

Unfriendly, not even a hello when we walked into the store. I wouldn’t bother spending a dime. I’ve never seen sales associates so uninterested, take your business elsewhere. One star for their decor, the place was nicely decorated.

Really terrible customer service. It’s like they go out of their way to NOT sell you anything. We bought floor models and wanted to buy more furniture. Sent room dimensions, talked extensively in the store about design consultation services but with no follow up. Repeated phone calls and emails go unanswered. And the staff is immature and unprofessional in their communication style. Totally agree with the mean girl comment. I think they are too busy on instagram and TikTok to care. Will absolutely not be buying anything from this store again.

BUYERS BE ADVISED! We purchased beautiful dining, lounging, and sectional seating and tables from Summer Classics in Nashville. However, we have been extremely disappointed with their commitment to quality and customer care--it does not exist! We purchased 4 of their superstone tables. One of the four is clearly defective as it has turned nearly white while the others have remained in good condition. All the tables are on our patio and all are stored the exact same way seasonably. It is absolutely clear that one of the tables is defective from photographs provided to the store . (The photos are clearly date stamped within the warranty period; see 3 photos attached). Several times the Nashville store has promised to get back to us, including their store manager, but failed to do so. We have called the Summer Classics toll free customer service and they advised that the issue must be elevated by the local store before they can get involved. We spent a great deal of money on this furniture and we honestly expected better from a store like Summer Classics only to be disappointed about their failure to keep their commitment. I have never posted any type of review before, but this is absolutely unacceptable and needs attention. CR Young Brentwood, TN

As a hospitality business that spent over $100,000 for commercial patio furniture with this company, I am extremely dissatisfied with this companies service & responsiveness. Repeated emails & calls from me, with no call back, no apparent care for the customer, in fact it appears that i have been more of an irritant to them. The management team shows no respect for their customers.Believe the other reviewers, stay away, you will be treated horribly, and likely wait over a year for the product, when 3 months was stated. I am still waiting for some items to be delivered, one year later!

Outside of Restoration Hardware, this is the worst customer experience I have had in Nashville. Sales persons were friendly but the furniture took over six months and it has now been a year and I still have furniture without cushions. You can't sit on it because the seat is webbing. I have contacted several times over the past few months and my last inquiries have gotten no response at all. It's bad to get new furniture you can't even sit on and it is extra annoying because it was expensive. There really is no excuse for being ignored.

Walked in...no one greeted us. Coming from someone who is a native...Say hi. You're in Nashville! Two ladies stayed heads down at their computers. We looked around some more then walked out. Seems nothing has changed 2 years later. (See other person's review)

I was charged over $1600 on 8/12 for two items the store never ordered due to my fabric choice being unavailable. Here we sit on 9/9, and I have yet to receive a refund despite repeated promises it was being addressed on multiple occasions.

Similar to others, I experienced extreme delays in receiving my furniture. When it finally arrived, the couch had blue stains all over the bottom and the chairs had the incorrect nail head color. As requested, I sent photos of the issues in May. After repeated requests for a status on the replacement pieces, in August they asked me to send photos again. Clearly, nothing was done between May and August to remedy my issue. To top it off, they charged my credit card over $1600 for two pieces that were never even ordered. I'm going on almost a month now of being promised they are processing my refund, and November will make it a year since my initial purchase and I still don't have the correct pieces. Absolutely absurd. It's a shame, because the store has great products and selection, just extremely poor management and responsiveness, especially considering the price range.
