I have been a member of sun tan city for years my daughter's mother friends but Amanda is the worse she is rude rolls her eyes at you tried charging me ten dollars for a free scan card she makes this place look horrible I'm in customer service so I know she closes early I come and the doors are locked when I come in no greet no smile usually spinning in a chair on her phone to office in left she makes me not want to come I talked to a manager about her but nothing was done I was overcharge never put my visits in the computer basically stole my money she's horrible you can't treat people this way Amanda God does not like ugly you are not better than any of us honey she laughed as I was walking away nothings funny but her attitude and she thinks is cute God does not like ugly people sun tan city screen your workers and if more than one person complains on same person you should see the problem I pray sun tan city does something also told my daughter she couldn't use the bathroom she's 11 and was on lady days having an issue and said no sorry your not a paying customer you can buy a visit wowService: Sunbed tanning

I was there to pick up lotion for a birthday gift, and the manager, I think her name was Megan she was absolutely great, was very knowledgeable and sold me a great package and membership for my wife. You now have a new lifetime customer.

This is the best stc in nashville. This location is actually not the one that closes to me but it’s the only one I’ll go to. It’s so clean and all the employees are so kind and helpful. They are not pushy at all when it comes to selling product which actuallymakes me want to buy the product more.

I have been going to sun tan city for over a year now and love it! The girls here are sooo friendly and sweet except for Amanda. She has the worst attitude every time I go in there, no customer service skills, and talks to everyone like they are dumb. I literally pull into the parking lot and if I see it’s her working I just pull right back out.

Thy have the best beds but pricey. However, I guess you pay more for better beds and bulbs. All in all, the best tanning experiences I’ve ever had.

Great selection of available beds, rarely have to wait, an if so, it's brief. Staff is friendly and efficient. Salon is super clean. Great specials and deals offered throughout the year! The 1 year Tan ? package is a great savings but, the offer expired on May 31st. For example: for the first 10 days of June, any bed is only $1 to members!
