Staff is nice, but this is the slowest bank. Every time I go I have to wait a minimum of 15 mins to be serviced even if there is only one person ahead of me.

Generally when coming to the branch, I tend to always deal with boring and long wait times which happened again today. But, it was actually better time, since the security officer was there and did converse with basically anyone that came in. It made the wait times not seem so bad and made the wait actually move faster. I hope ? there is another officer like her there next time. I wish I would’ve gotten her name.

Worst branch. Sent wire for closing at 9:10am (first customer to walk in) and closing got canceled bcos this lady there never sent the wire

The rudest people in Nashville besides Melvin. Tellers and bankers were angry amongst my presence, aggravated they had to work. I am a teacher who had to take off work just to go to the bank to get a check endorsed. I had been unable to use the restroom all day as a teacher. Finally, after holding it for 3 hours and going to three different Truist banks for my request, I asked if they had a public restroom because I couldn’t hold it anymore. The woman next to Melvin’s office looked like I had just set her dog on fire. She barked at me that she was on the phone with a client. I would never treat anyone that way especially a customer. The branch leader was annoyed he had to let me in the bathroom but at least he did assist me. Melvin was very nice and having just gone through the tornadoes that hit his area the night before he still came to work with a smile on his face. He helped me through an annoying process and gave me very good financial advice. Do not recommend anyone at this place *except Melvin* he’s the MVP. If I were owner of the branch I’d fire all the rest.

I am actually so in disbelief about this place here and i will be reporting them to corporate and to whom ever else i need too. My fiancé goes there today a few minutes ago to make a cash deposit into my checking account as he normally does and this rude lady says he can not do that. He has my full name and my account number as that's all they usually need at the other branches and this lady was so sure saying he cant do that at any branch as he's making it up for whatever reason. I'm sure no one goes around trying to make cash deposit into a random account first of all. I don't know if these people just hate their job or what the deal is there but, now we had to go find another branch near by to make this deposit to make our payments for bills online. Never will i go here and i will make sure to get to the bottom of this as i have banked with Truist fir years and NEVER had this issue anywhere!

Worst costumer service. I only asked if I was able to make cash withdrawals in the bank, and instead of answering yes or no, the lady was super rude and said I need to come in for her to answer that, but this is the closest bank and I live over 1h away. Made no sense and she was being disrespectful. I’m changing banks probably.

I don't know what is going on here but the drive thru lanes are super slow. Complicated transactions with inexperienced customers should be handled better in order to better serve everyone else. They are also not answering the phone!

The slowest bank I've ever been to. Today, there's only one tell and one office worker. People have been in the line for the tell for 15 minutes and no help is coming. The staff are nice though which is why I'll give three stars
