Closed my account today after 10years. Couldn’t deposit a check that was written to myself and partner due to my partner not being present. Every interaction with this location increased my anxiety. Hard pass

This bank is old and needs to be remodeled. I also do not appreciate the poor customer service I received. I went in to exchange a $100 bill for quarters and the lady was going to do it but then she came back and asked do I have an account with them and when I said no then she went back on her word and said “oh I can’t give you change now.”Her first question should have been do I have an account. Don’t say yes I can’t get you change but then go back on your word. Will not return back to this rages location.

This branch no longer answers their phones and there are no ringers on. I was inside branch calling. SunTrust is now merged with another bank...their mobile app no longer works and if you call Trust...there is a 30 minute wait....probably not a great time to have 0 customer service support. They have had over a year to get this together . I had to download new app and it made 2 transfers when I only entered one.the employees at branch are great....but this a big fail. I will be opening new accounts.....p.s. there are no branches of the new brand that I can find for BBT or Truist. Just Sun Trust and their apps no longer work and they no longer answer their phones.

My dad passed and we buried him on the 5th of May. We are still waiting for his death certificate. He was married to mom for 61 years. The bank said wait 30 days and bring death certificate and her id to close out his account. She now lives alone and trying to pay off his final hospital, ambulance, and funeral expenses his insurance did not cover. Got a letter from his bank stating they sent back his stimulus check and all his money to social security including the last hundred he had still left in there. Left mom with nothing but more bills that she can't pay. This is pure evil on every level. I'll be down there tomorrow to let you know how and where you should go when you get old and pass. Shame on you all.

I am in the drive thru now and writing this . It’s very slow service just like the McDonald’s up the street from here. Only one car in front of me and already 23 minutes waiting. .Avoid this place when possible.

Very slow service, DRIVE THRU SLOW. Inside lobby hours closed due to Covid. Drive thru 20-25 minutes per car.
