My family has been banking at this branch for over 40 years all the way back to the days of Third National and then Suntrust. The last year that it was Suntrust, it was terrible. When Truist took over, they had complete turnover with employees and management. The bank did a 180 because of the people they brought in. We have multiple accounts there and they have been great! Morgan is an excellent manager! Give this place another chance if you have had a bad experience here.

I will not ever go to that branch ever again. They didn't make me feel welcomed at all. Also at one point one of the reps was talking so loud that my business was out for everyone to hear.

This bank doesn't care about their customers, they have no problem charging $36.00 overdraft fees fortransactions that come in even when you don't have any money in your account. Also my husband lost his job recently and I was behind on my cash reserve and I was going through a hardship because I was the only one working and they put my account over -$700 and charge my cash reserve off when my direct deposit hit it was wiped clean when I called the bank to talk to someone they didn't even want to hear I got bills to pay or need money for food all they care is about getting that money this bank is rotten to the core!!!! BEWARE

I need to cash a check and they close the lobby 30 mins early, refuse to serve me in the drive thru because I don't have an account here. This branch is terrible.

Great staff easy to use mobile app now, but still one of the worse ATMs ever, it’s a 50/50 chance it’ll accept my cash, I have a business account here, and it won’t accept cash 50% of the time which is a huge issue.Update: 5 days ATMs don’t work properly in hermitage nor donelson, regret moving to this bankChanging my last review, ever since Truist moved in, loads better and I’m way happier now, NOW they’re worth a shot

Google lies. They claim this SunTrust is open until 4. I got there at 2pm, and they were closed, on a regular Tuesday.

I have been banking with SunTrust for many years and this branch is the absolute worst. Not necessarily the employees but the ATM. Over the last 4 years the ATM works maybe 50% of the time for withdrawals and worse for deposits. Unfortunately it is the closest one to me but most of the time I need to travel to Donelson or Mount Juliet to use their ATM instead. Today we went to make a deposit and it was not an option, only withdraw or transfer. My wife called the bank and was told that there is a system-wide outage affecting deposits only. We drive to Donelson and guess what we make a deposit in the ATM. We were flat-out lied to and really do not appreciate it. I believe if they replace their ATM with a new machine like we were told they were going to do about 2 years ago I can give this Branch a better rating. Just letting out my frustrations with this branch

I have never been more disappointed in a bank or a branch in my life. I am a good customer with multiple accounts who has been very loyal and sent many people their way however the way I have been treated in the last 2 days is unheard of and extremely disappointing. They have decided to close my accounts with no explanation and not give me access to any of my funds. No one will give me any answers and they have successfully shut down my small business and caused me weeks worth of work cleaning up their bounced checks and fees that I will incur due to their negligence. I hope that no one ever has to deal with this bank in this capacity. I will be refinancing my mortgage and moving all of my personal and business accounts immediately. Thanks for nothing Suntrust.

Sergio is amazing and I always try to get in his line. I will say that the new counter design inside is way too exposed. The customers in line behind can see and hear everything that is going on which I felt very unsafe when cashing a check. I will not be going inside anymore for anything and will actually go to another branch due to the unsafe feeling the new renovations have caused.
