I was looking to purchase products ( which was going to cost over $1000) they had on display. When I asked for assistance to inquire about the products I was told to just check it out on my own because it's there on display. I had questions and they refused to help me while trying to stare angerly and intimate my child because I was bothering them. Luckily my child had the headphones on and busy on her ipad so his twisted way of trying to get back at me didn't work. It was 3 males sitting males sitting on their phones and no other customers were in the store. I went in the next day to ask about the same product and let the person know I had came in the day before to look at the items and couldn't get anyone to help me, he then responded if they couldn't help you yesterday then we can't help you today because probably the product is not working. When I responded that it was a new day and maybe someone working today can help me or may have better knowledge of the products ...... He told me he was busy to come back another day. Horrible treatment at this place... The large males are very intimidating towards women and children if they can't get their way of pushing you out the door so the dont have to work and getting off of their phones ( which was not work related as they were looking at mems, comedy videos and Facebook sitting down. Seems to be a problem that management refuses to fix as you can see in other reviews.

Ms. Taylor was very help. She went above and beyond what we expected. Very amazing customer support. She made our day helping us to unblock T-Mobile mobile. She deserves a biggest credit!!!!

The music is horrendous and way too loud. There aren't enough employees to serve the rush when people get off work at 5:00 p.m. and the wait was extreme. I went here to help a friend that was in the hospital and I learned a valuable lesson. Never sign up for T-Mobile.

DON’T GO HERE. I just remembered this garbage location refused to honor the screen protector replacement contract of protection 360. I had to escalate all the way to corp and replace the protector for free at another place. How is this location still in business is beyond me.

Came today it says opened @9am and people waiting outside. The guy last night rushing me to get the phone so disappointed ☹️We been in TMobile since my husband was in the military and we had a great experience but lately most of the stores are not so friendly ? and not attentive

Walked in this morning, and was helped right away. Ms Taylor had provided me with 2 new phones, 2 new lines, and we had an excellent conversation while doing so. Everything was quick and easy and I was in and out in less than 30 min. By far the best experience I've had in a retail store and as a representative, she was both courteous and pleasant to deal with did an outstanding job meeting my needs quickly and with minimal difficulty...

I came here looking to switch from a prepaid company and the guy that works here only cared about people who wanted to pay a bill. I told him I am looking to be a new customer and he didn’t care he was acting like this job means nothing to him. He didn’t try to offer me anything, he told me I can’t just be here hanging out checking out the phones. I was trying to make a decision on what phone to buy. He gave me that “hurry up and buy” attitude. Go to another T-Mobile. It’s worth the drive! Do not come here!!! They treat you like you are interrupting their phone conversation or whatever it is they’re doing with their phone.

I came into this location about an hour before closing with an issue with my older model iPhone. Emmanuel and Robert were so kind, knowledgeable, and patient in assisting me with my transfer and upgrade of my new phone. Even in the midst of their closing duties, they provided excellent customer service and displayed wonderful teamwork. Thank you!

Reco said HIS store doesn't open @ 9am, it opens when HE says so. He then refused to switch out my Sim card because I was frustrated with his tardiness and I was not being "polite enough" for him to do his job!
