I traded my iphone 13 pro max that I just bought and was paid off for a Google Pixel 8 that I'm very unhappy with After talking to customer service or whoever called me back I was told I could take it back and get a better phone but when I did they tried to charge me an additional 450$ I wish I had never stepped in the place

Chris truly went above and beyond for me when I came to pick up my replacement iPhone. What a great salesman and customer service representative, your store is very lucky to have this guy. Very smart, attentive, and helpful. He made sure of it that I would not lose my existing icloud data from my broken phone. I was a very happy camper when my new phone was turned on and all my important notes and photos were still there. Thanks so much Chris, excellent work!

Went there maybe April 17. There was 1 employee, who is the manager, in the front, helping a customer. He (the front employee) called for the additional employees to come from the back office to assist me. Despite waiting 5-7 mins, no one came. I told the manager I'm going to leave and he could only say, \\\"I'm sorry.\\\"

We were scammed by an associate and even after talking with a manager the problem wasn't fixed. Do not fall for any promotions to switch to TMobile as they do not honor them. The \\\"free credits\\\" are never applied and you WILL be billed a payment plan. We switched in October with the free phone up to a certain value. I wanted the Google pixel and was told by the associate I was $100 short. I agreed to pay the $100 and receive the free credit. The credits were never received. If I wanted to pay off the phone point blank, the $100 isn't taken into consideration. The same happened with my mom and grandmother. In addition, the \\\"local discount\\\" is never applied as well. We will be escalating the problem to the top of the chain as after months of attempting to fix the problem in store and through support, the bait and switch remains.

Great place for customer service! Lindsay and Steve are phenomenal! They went out of they ways to make sure I was taken care of and they continue to go all out for their customers! I would definitely recommend this store and definitely recommend Steve and Lindsay to handle your affairs!
