I usually buy my glasses at Costco but the level of customer service at Target has far exceeded any previous purchase at Costco optical. Brittney was very knowledgeable and patient and she spent extra time trying to find the most economical way for me to purchase my glasses. I would highly recommend

Ok - so it was “eye opening”! But would not have been possible without our guide - Brittany!(target - white bridge rd - nashville, tn) She walked us through all of our savings as we have eyemed insurance but never felt it was worth the time or effort. We were so wrong - Costco does not have the best deal in town folks. Brittany knew what we needed before we did. Saved us so much money, time, and yes EFFORT! Go to TARGET AND BRITTANY! it was all one-stop shop - from ordering to insurance filing. The problem is - we never knew it existed. I happened to walk down an aisle and there it was. Target / EyeMed - you have to do better and getting the word out!

I just ordered prescription Ray-Ban sunglasses for my son and Santana provided exceptional customer service. My Superior Vision insurance only works at 2 Targets in the larger Nashville area, and this store is one of them. Because I live over half an hour away, I called first to verify that they carry the exact frame my son wanted and to ask about the price with insurance. Santana patiently answered my questions and input my son's information and my vision insurance details. She was even able to place the order over the phone since I already had my son's measurements. Santana, thank you! I hope your manager reads this. :)

The ladies who were working the day I went were so friendly and fun! Brittany helped me find the perfect daily glasses and sunglasses. She caught on to what I liked super quickly and went above and beyond to make sure I tried them all on to make a thorough decision.
