TD is the worst bank. They regularly fraud you for purchases ranging anywhere from as little 23 to as large as 600 for no reason. They will lock you out of your account for days and require to come in to a branch even if you live well outside of TD’s range. The caller to me is over 300 miles. Can’t wait for this road trip. They are the absolute worst.

Awful! Put your money ANYWHERE but here. No branch location - cleaned out, no furniture. Cannot get anyone on the phone and they will lock you out of the website so you cannot withdraw YOUR Money!!!! You WILL WAIT almost an hour to get some surly employee on the phone to shift the login blame to you.... Caveat Emptor!

When the branch was open, they were great. Now TD closed the branch, the only office they have in Nashville is on West End, and there is no way to contact them or visit. The corporate office can't even get a hold of the person at the West End office. Must be nice to have a job where you don't have to go to work, see customers, or answer phones. I am moving all my money to a brokerage that has a branch in Nashville, since TD will not allow electronic deposits on Coverdell accounts. Sorry, I am not mailing a check - either I want to deposit in person or electronically. This is 2021. Pretty disappointed TD threw Nashville customers under the bus. Moving my money to Merrill Lynch.

Zero stars. They only have one local office and nobody is there. When you call the local number it is transferred to the national 800 number for Ameritrade and there is an hour wait time when you call that. If you go to the physical office there is only one employee there and they were off when I went with no coverage. All consultants are working from home but they won't give you a name or phone number to call. Tried for four hours to talk to a human being but didn't get it accomplished. Very frustrating, I guess they don't care about Nashville clients. I get random calls to help me invest but when I need to talk to somebody there is nobody to get a hold of. I'm moving all our accounts and clients account somewhere else.
