Container Store online charged me around $15 more to my credit card than what the order receipt shows. Also, an item on the pantry organizer I ordered was missing, and when I called customer service they first told me I didn't order the item (hello it was part of a package product and its clear on the web site that the item should have come with the order.) Then, they claimed that my credit card didn't go through for the item and that's why it wasn't delivered with the rest of the package. Again, hello my credit was was only rung through once for the complete order - not individual charges for each item in the order. Very shady customer care agents. And my receipt shows I should have been charged less than what was actually charged on my credit card.

I Felt Treated Differently And Nasty By Nicole Eisenhauer Cassell · Visual/Operations 46604This Was My 2 Time Going To This Store Today I Parked Here Picture Below ⬇️.I Walked In The Store Not Even 30 Secs She’s Yelling Saying You Need To Move Your Car It’s Loading Parking I Then Said I Know My Girl In The Car And She Can Move It If I Talk Longer Then 10 Mins I Was Only Getting 4 items I Knew Exactly Where There We're. I Grabbing My Phone As She’s Checking Out In The Line So We Was Technically Off Clock And Was Turning Up For Her Crowd She Created From Being Nasty And Rude She Kept Insisting That I Move The Car. My First Visit Earlier A Customer Parked There To Return All The Stuff She Bought She Seemed Upset But She Didn’t Have to Move Her Car And She Was Parked There For 16+ Minutes But I’m Not Here To Point Fingers Only To Point Out The Flaws In The Staff From Being A Former Secret Shopper She Needs To Be Retained Or Fired My Opinion Because I Didn’t Deserve That Type Of Attitude Because Maybe You Had A Long Day But I Will Be Calling Corporate Tomorrow. Mishell Roderick Jacobs Nicole Could Use A Talk For This Close Due To Lost Of Customers Due To Customer Service.

Wowed by customer service!!! At first they were out of stock for a shelving unit I needed, but Bobby sold me an assembled floor model for 25% off and when it wouldn’t fit in my car, he said, “My shift is almost done. I’ll just drive it over to your client’s house for you.” Bobby is the best. He’s been there for 25 years. Super impressed!

Love the Container Store in general, however the Nashville location needs to get it together… Their elevator has been out of service for a month which is ridiculous. I’m handicapped and this issue has caused much difficulty in shopping. Now, their bathrooms are out of order! So frustrating… plus, they are always short-handed. I can never find someone to help me. Sadly, I’m going to have to give my business to online shopping instead of physically shopping in-store. What a disappointment the Nashville store has been as of late.

the staff was extremely kind and helpful, but this store doesn’t have large containers or jugs for water to refill !! it could use those.

Staff was extremely rude. I was also given the wrong item and essentially told to "deal with it". I ordered a white and grey nightstand and received a beige and grey one- not going with my room or what I ordered. I told them this was incorrect and they said they didn't have anything else. When asking for help to pick out some drawers that could replace them, they said no and were extremely passive aggressive.

It's got containers galore, which is great for any organizing project. What's not so great is them blasting the latest trendy music, because it makes thinking impossible. And deep undisturbed thought is what you need to successfully shop in a place like this because you have to carefully visualize your place, what stuff you want to put in the boxes, and where the boxes will go - a great deal of mental planning if you will. Bring ear plugs, measurements from home, and maybe some house pictures on your phone. Would give it 4 stars if not for the distractions. Another star docked for the prices - these bins won't come cheap!

Customer service in here is awful. The way I see them treat instacart shoppers in terrible. I heard them tell this one girl they weren’t allowed to help her. So she’s just spending $$$ for someone else and it’s not as important as if it was her own money??? It’s money isn’t it?? Honestly the whole mall in green hills is awful. They treat people pretty poorly unless you look “rich”. Which is absurd. What exactly does “rich” look like in Nashville Tennessee. It’s like that time they wouldn’t give Luke Combs a Rolex cause he looked like he couldn’t afford it. (That’s the same mentality) of almost every store and almost every employee at this mall.
