VERY fun décor and tons of photo opportunities! Space was GREAT for our bachelorette party. I would have appreciated responses to my questions via Airbnb or text messages. I had asked a question (1hr early check in to decorate) prior to check-in and received a partial response about a week later. Then again, asked a question about check-out and where to store our luggage since this was offered (thankfully), but never received a response. I had asked the questions about 24hours or more before checkout. There was no front desk to ask for assistance, and the phone number listed in the info binder also did not yield a response. We got lucky that we checked out on a Monday and found someone in the building to help us. The only other items were not deal breakers but kind of odd were all the different communication/check-in methods outside of Airbnb where we booked the rental. I think I had Airbnb, Maddox emails, and also a check in app, which made it kind of confusing. Overall the experience was positive. Would recommend!
Tip to future renters who have never used an induction stove top, the pots/pans are required to head the tops. The email I received about this was sent on a Friday at 4pm, when check in was prior to that and NOT from the booking site so it was missed. Luckily we figured it out later. 😊

This is hands down my favorite place in downtown Nashville. We have stayed here two years in a row for our corporate meetings, and we love it. Sherry and Mallory are rock stars and they are so incredible with service. The rooms are epic and the views are great. What's special about this place yes it's location is great and the aesthetic is perfect for any gathering ie. bachelorette, girls weekend, guys weekend, family reunion, but it's the service that puts it over the top. Stay here... you'll thank me later.

The Maddox Hotel actually saved our ENTIRE Nashville trip!! We booked elsewhere and when we showed up the entire place was gutted and being completely renovated without telling us. We had 13 people in the group for a bachelorette party. Luckily the bride was a couple hours behind us to get it figured out. At about 6 pm (2 hours after arriving at the first place) I got in contact with Sherri who was absolutely phenomenal. She answered on her way home, not even at work, and told us she had an opening in the Elvis suite that was available at that second. She said she would call back as soon as she got home with a quote and she did. We ended up trying to get it figured out with AirBNB and that didn’t work so I luckily called back at around 7 and she said we could go there right now and it was ready. We did and it was even better than we could have expected. The Maddox really saved the day and we can’t thank them enough. Any future trips to Nashville I will only be booking here. Thank you again!

This place was AMAZING! So cool and perfectly located — close to everything but still felt private and relaxing. The service was top-notch, and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even shared great local recommendations, like a grocery delivery service, that made our trip so easy and fun. I’ve already told so many people that if they’re going to Nashville, they HAVE to stay here!

We love this place. My business group has had several meetings here, and it is really amazing. Rooms are always spotless. They look beautiful and the view of downtown is excellent.

We rented the Rooftop suite and the hangover easy suite for a two-night business group to entertain some clients. The accommodations could not have been better. So much space, spotlessly clean and it was supplied better than any other place that I've stayed. Check-in/checkout and service was super. Every person of our 14-member group asked me how I found the place and I'm the hero of the group. Would absolutely recommend for any type of group. The location could not have been better. Right next to Broadway area, but on a quiet street where noise was not a factor.

Stayed at The Maddox Hotel in Nashville and had a great experience. The location is super convenient,lots of trendy spots nearby, and you can easily hop on a scooter or rideshare to get around. Tons of attractions are just minutes away, plus 2 decent pizza joints on the same block. Looks like the bar they are building on the main floor (Hitchcock themed) will be very nice.
We booked the Elvis Suite, which was really neat... fun vibe, comfy, and definitely added to the Nashville experience. Not too far from the downtown music scene either, so it was easy to enjoy live music and still get back quickly.
Overall, a great place to stay if you want something stylish and close to everything!

Amazing place and location! The suite was well stocked, clean and spacious. Quick walk to Broadway and restaurants. Would definitely return if in the area again.

Perfect location. Walkable to everything. Extremely comfortable beds with lots of space for everyone in our large group. Fully equipped with cooking supplies, games, etc. Would absolutely stay again.

We had a group of 14 ladies staying in the modern suite and had the best weekend visiting Nashville for the first time! The layout was spacious and great for hanging out. Loved all the shower and bathroom options. Plenty of beds too. Nice, clean and pretty decorations. Lots of photo ops in the unit.
Location was convenient. Very walkable to broadway bars and restaurants.
Only issue we had was that the door got stuck a few times and couldnt get in after entering the door key code several times.

I stayed there for a Bach party with a total of 14 people. The room was spacious and beautiful. There were enough showers and toilets for everyone to share. The manager was so friendly and accommodating . A huge plus ,is that we were able to store our luggage before and after as we waited for our flights. The location is perfect and walking distance from restaurants, broadway street and ect. It also felt very safe because there was special access into the building.
