The Nail Spot is a business known for its amazing nail services, provided by a detail-oriented and patient professional who takes the time to ensure clients are comfortable and satisfied. The salon is intimate and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere for clients. Notably, the owner of the shop has shown concern for customers' experiences, as demonstrated by following up to address a less-than-ideal situation and turning it into a positive five-star experience. The Nail Spot is also accommodating to clients with special needs, such as handicaps and service animals, by accepting walk-ins and adjusting to individual requirements.

When I say this lady is amazing. She takes her time and makes sure you are comfortable. She is so sweet and great at what she does and I couldn't ask for a better service. She was hands down every bit of amazing.

Last minute appointment, she actually called to let me know someone canceled and she got me in a day early. Very pleased with her work
