I have been living at the Residence at Old Hickory now for over a year. After living in a house for most of my life I never thought I could be an apartment dweller. My husband and I love it here! It’s quiet , safe and super friendly. Plus my view is amazing ;) this is a hidden gem?

Love the beautiful finishes. Great space! Staff is amazing, super friendly, great customer service! Great price for life at the lake. Fun events to get to know my neighbors.

The Residence at Old Hickory Lake has been the best home for my family and I! From the day we moved in, the staff has been so kind and helpful! The 1 maintenance request I had made was fixed within an hour! The property is always well maintained, and we are just so happy to have found a home here at ROHL!?
