We went school clothes shopping yesterday and my son stopped in here and bought several shirts. He asked for a military discount and was told “aw man, looks like the barcode isn’t working” and couldn’t get it. Okay. Then we drive 2.5 hours home at the end of a very long day only to find that EVERY SINGLE FREAKING SHIRT he bought from Tilly’s has the security tags still attached. Thankfully a local store was willing to help us out when we showed the receipt and explained what a goob the kid was that rang us up yesterday. Please try to do better. For the sake of customer service. For the sake of humanity. Pleeeeeeeesease. ??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️

Terrible shipping times. I ordered something on May 10th and 7 days later the item has still not arrived. Hopefully I'll receive, butid be lying if I said I wasn't a little worried. Either way, I will not order from this company again and I don't suggest this store.

Tillys at Opry Mills in Nashville is a great place to go for cool and unique clothing and accessories. I really like the selection of different things that they have available here and have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here. Cool place to shop.

The young man at the front counter was VERY RUDE with me. Kept rushing me while I was socially distancing from other customers in line waiting to purchase a item under the glass. His attitude was very unprofessional. I waited and watched greeters greet everyone but me.

Prices are good hence the one star. Man checking me out got his nails did up so blame long that he couldn’t hardly get the security tags off and was sooooo slow because of it! Don’t get in a hurry here y’all!

I appreciate the store’s mask mandate. This is a great store. The mall itself is a bit ghetto. This store should move to Green hills mall. I like the store a lot but dread going because the parking lot and mall are a bit sketchy.

Employees at the back near fitting room saw me standing waiting for a room, but chatted amongst eachother, and once they acknowledged me they told me to hurry up in the fitting room. Not very professional
