I guess I came in around shift change time because the manager on duty expressed her shock verbally at how few transactions there'd been before that time.I can give her a clue... the two employees on the floor (who must have been getting ready to go home for as engaged as they were) couldn't have been less aware of my presence. Their energy was so sapped that they were unable to greet me or even make eye contact. I guess standing there behind the counter in a hoodie with the hood up and bouncing a rubber ball minute after minute took precedent.And I'd wager that's why nobody was buying. If the customer isn't even acknowledged, why would anyone purchase anything?

Seems to be lower quality than you would find and a store other than the outlet. But organized will compared to other outlet stores in the mall.

Tommy Bahama Outlet at Opry Mills in Nashville is a great place to go for all things Tommy Bahama at a good value. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.
