Asked the cashier in lumber to call someone for the cutting machine, heard the call go over the intercom. No one came. 3 other employees walked past me on their way to the restrooms and asked if I needed help. Sure, we'll get someone for ya.... Stood there for 10 minutes. No one came. Should have just drove to Hendersonville.

They lock the doors 2 hours and 30 minutes early to get out of work early and don't get me started on the service is not very good they have many lies blocked off so go visit lowes instead of Home Depot

Understaffed, they don't answer the phone. When you do get someone they put you on an indefinite hold.

Kevin in the Pro Dept is amazing and in my opinion, he is stellar! Went to 5 other Home Depot's and looking for a certain Dewalt tool that each store claimed they had. Not one employee would give me any more than 5 minutes of their time, nor would they look for it. Got to the Madison HDepot and met Kevin. He called around to the other stores, tracked one down, had it shipped to my house via UPS. Took him a few days, but he found it. Not only did he do that work, but he followed up with me afterwards. Amazing customer service!

We bought a refrigerator from Lowes but had to finally cancel the order after trying for almost 2 weeks to deal with their contracted delivery company (who finally simply never showed up!). Home Depot on the other hand was a totally easy breezy purchase and delivery. Their delivery gentlemen, Don Henderson and his son Don Jr., were the best. It was clear from their first arrival that they knew their jobs and knew how to do it right! Ours was not an easy delivery because of door size but they handled the challenges well. Home Depot is the place to buy your appliances! 5 stars for them, for sure!

Went here twice today to buy a washer and dryer. First time waited 15 minutes before anyone asked what we needed. Another 15 before anyone came to help us. Returned later to buy the set and told the front “workers” twice we needed help in appliances. 28 minutes later no one showed up... we left!

WORST HOME DEPOT IN THE ENTIRE US, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! i've had them giveaway and also lose prepaid items that I went to pick up and then not have any replacement items for me and it has taken basically me throwing a fit to get them to do a refund. I tried to do an exchange today and it took three different cashiers to tell me to go to the service desk where the service desk help her at first refuse to help me and then when I tried to do an exchange he returned everything and put it back on my credit card and then wasn't going to let me purchase the new items that I wanted to purchase. I will gladly pay triple the amount at any other hardware store or at Lowe's to avoid this disaster and poor excuse for a store.

After frustrated calls to the manufacturer, I called and spoke to Joe, the manager at the Madison Home Depot, and he calmly got the problem resolved. We are happy customers who will be telling everyone about the great customer service!!! Thank you!!!!!

We came to Home Depot at 5pm on a Friday evening to buy a Christmas tree. No one was outside to offer assistance with the Christmas trees. We selected a tree and went back inside to ask the associate at the customer service for assistance and she stated she would call someone to help us cut the tree. After waiting 10 minutes, we went back to the same associate to ask for an update. At this point, she THEN called someone to assist us at which point we were told that tree cutting services would not be offered until the following morning. This is ridiculous.

I have had amazing experience with the paint center. Both ladies that helped me made great suggestions on color choices and sheen. My front door and walls look great!

Don't order to pick up... took about 40 min to pick up at customer service... they r slow and can't get things right... I don't recommend it... it's a big waste of time

No one in the store is helpful at all. Save yourself the time, order online. I do not have to worry about terrible customer service while ordering online from another store. I have a feeling that's why stores like Home Depot are eventually going to struggle, they do not assist the customer at all! Left 10 minutes ago. I asked the lady in appliances if they carried chest freezers, to which she answered no they did not carry them. I walked one aisle over and found one chest freezer and one upright freezer. I promptly let her know where they were so she could be better equipped to assist the next customer! Terrible service from an associate that should be thankful to have a job in these times.

They have the worst store manager his name is “john” he treats customer and employees like they are not worth anything..witnessing his treatment of people in general.. is appalling wont and will not spend my money there just to make sure in hopes he does not get a bonus for treating people like trash Hopefully corporate will listen to me when i call there as well!!
