If I could give a lower score I would. This dealership is useless. Can't fix a truck with a basic error code, then won't tow it elsewhere for someone else to fix, don't have people to drive the truck to a new shop, etc. Do not take your Ford here.Edit: In response to the owner below. You had the truck for over 3 weeks. That was after me picking it up, being told it was fixed, and having to return in the same day since the check engine light came on within 30 minutes. No one asked you to shove other customers or cars aside. Simply was asking you to do your job - fix a Ford. I never put you on a time limit - since I was out of the country for 3 weeks.

I’d stay as far away from this dealership as possible this place price gouges and screws customers out of money. They misdiagnose and expect you to pay for their misdiagnosing. They charge triple labor on repairs for diesels.Update: Crazy you cant find any information. The trucks been sitting there for over 2 months and youve managed to charge me 5 hours of diagnostic and misdiagnosed the issue and charge me 900$ for a fuel pump that fixed nothing and now wanting to charge me 1400$ for a 200$ injector and 3 hours of labor to install????

I purchased a Mustang at Town & Country Ford today and Brian Sherwood was my sales consultant. He did a great job taking care of me. The transaction went very smoothly and I did not get the high pressure sales tactics to purchase extras services and add-ons that I have gotten at other dealerships. Everyone was friendly and the purchase went fairly quickly. I would definitely advise everyone who is planning to purchase a Ford to check out this dealership.

We had an incredible experience with Brian at Town & country Ford! Very knowledgeable, extremely professional, also friendly and down to earth! We were in and out in no time after doing much of the necessary computer work ahead of time. The truck was washed and gassed up and everything Brian told us and the pictures showed us it would be. Highly recommend!

Recently moved to Nashville and the the times that I’ve gone into Town and County Ford so far I always leave in shock. Disbelief that I received the quality of service that I did. It’s next level! Service is always completed in a timely manner and with great quality. The team working the Service department has been, by far, the best to work with. Not only providing education but also in a friendly and professional manner. If you ever find yourself needing service on your vehicle, ask for Mike and you know you’ll be treated right. I know where I will be going for all my vehicle needs!

Took my Ford F250 in for oil change and breaks and rotors and they decide to do a recall without my permission, that’s caused the computer system to crash and not work . They can’t get what the need to fix it! They’ve had it over a month and half. Went up there to talk with both managers Jeff and mike , they didn’t seem to even care . They said “ they need to part ways “ I’ve been a customer of this place for years . Have bought 5 vehicles from them. The one guy at service desk Jason verbal abused me . So he just walks away now when I enter building .. i have another vehicle I took in there to get fixed before truck ford explorer , and they kept it 8 month , got it back it still doesn’t run right , then my son and I looked under vehicle and it was missing so many nuts and bolts . The engine isn’t running right still and it’s suppose to be brand new.. The owner of this company Mr. Hayes really should pay more attention to his managers because they are horrible at their job.. and the service guy needs to be fired … I am not pleased at all..

If you ever need service work done on your vehicle, go somewhere else or expect to wait. They let you schedule an appointment but don't tell you it is a drop off appointment only. Once they get your vehicle, it's put in line and they get to it when they get to it. Then, they half way perform the work. My touch screen would reset back to the AM radio every time I turned the vehicle off. It froze up often to where you couldn't do anything on it. They did a diagnostic check on it and said it needed an update. Mike told me that every time Ford does an update, it will make your screen do crazy things. So $98 later, I have the update but the touch screen is still doing the same thing. Doesn't seem like the update was the problem but their solution is for me to bring it back in and wait till they get the time to look at it. I can't be without a vehicle. I don't understand why they can't put you on the list when you call and then contact you to bring your vehicle in when they know they will be able to get to it the next day. What kind of business is this. Defiantly not one that cares about it's customers. I won't take it back to Town & Country every again.

I have a 2018 Ford Fusion car and it has ignition problems.I went to this dealership today and had the worst customer service experience of my entire life. The service manager told me that I would have to leave the car for 2 weeks and that the cost of inspecting it alone would be 300 dollars.I noticed, obviously, that that wasn't true.I also noticed obvious discomfort from the head of service because I am Hispanic. It seems that he is not used to seeing educated Hispanics, which by the way are the vast majority. His attitude was blasé and not at all polite. On the contrary, a lady who spoke Spanish was extremely kind and I noticed the surprise on her face when the service manager asked her to translate such a lie.I hope I never have to use that dealership's repair service again.

Over the past year and a half, I've had numerous opportunities to visit the Service Department with my 2021 Transit Connect. Some related to vehicle recalls; some related to scheduled maintenance. Every time I've been there has been a great experience. Ashley and Jason really do care about their customers. No doubt, there's a team of service techs/mechanics backing them up as well. Kudos to all!Don't try to schedule an appointment with them online. It's first come...first served. It seems to work quite well!

Jason in service department not only helped me with an on going problem with my F150 truck. But provided me with expedited service. Something I did not get at dealership in Springfield Tennessee. Nothing there. Thank you Jason.

This was one of the easiest buying experiences that I have ever had. Start to finish, everyone was great to work with. Pricing was up-front and I don’t feel like anything was hidden “in the fine print.” I highly recommend giving Town & Country Ford the opportunity to earn your business.

Best experience buying a new car we've ever had. Highly recommend salesman John Hartley, friendly, informative and his no pressure sales had us wanting to do business with Town and Country Ford Nashville. After leaving finance manager Barbara Shanks office we felt like old friends. She made the financing portion an enjoyable experience instead of the usual dreaded one. All around great experience for these out of staters.

Horrible! I took my car to get it fixed there... it took NINE MONTHS!!!!! I got it back this past February... today I decided to do a deep cleaning and I found... all of these exposed and not put back in place!!! I've been driving this car this whole time with unfinished service. They are awful and should be shut down.

I don't like empty promises made from a business that I trusted to take care of my FORD vehicle. Communication is the key to success and relationships with the people that pay your salary and business goals. I will NOT be taking my vehicle's to a place where I know I can get the service and respect I deserve! This place has went down hill fast. Also, this place is a good ole boys club. No matter what you tell them happened, (which was the truth) they still don't believe your explanation of the situation. I also was told by the advisor that it probably would be smart if I came got it due to 2 more vehicles were in my same predicament. So on his advise that's exactly what I did. Then they refused to give me my 3rd tow fee. My insurance had already paid the allotted fees. I suppose alot of people would love to know about the situation I was in, especially my family's 88 million followers on TIKTOK!!!! Just wanted to get my vehicle diagnosed that's all.

The only saving grace was Mike Pugh. They had my car for three days and never looked at it. I was told the oil has been changed and the tires were rotated which was incorrect. Neither has been done. I brought it back in a week later realizing they hadn’t done anything. So they scheduled me for the next day and I finally got an oil change and a tire rotation.Still no one looked at my computer but they’re going to order a part for it anyways. It’s quite a mess in there. To give them credit I did not have to pay for my oil change or my tire rotation because of all the headache and the hassle I had to go through. I will still have to bring back to have some thing done with the computer so we’ll see what happens next time.
