The clerk Made unauthorized purchases on my card. After speaking with Customer Service, they insured me that they will check into it. Well, thanks to Wells Fargo I was refunded $30.00 smh.

They have you put a deposit down then come up all these fees when u return the junk so instead of your deposit back they keep it and charge extra for miles

I don’t often times leave reviews. But when I do, I’m impressed, or absolutely furious. What I can tell you from this experience… RUN. Run away from here as fast as you can. I reserved a small pickup truck. They did not have one “available” even though there was one sitting on their lot. They charged my card, and then handed me the keys to a big box truck without telling me it wasn’t for the pickup, only for me to discover on my own the keys were for a box truck. Keep in mind, I had reserved the vehicle a week in advance. - I can’t get into parking garages in downtown Nashville with a big box truck like I needed to. Unbelievable. Told me there was nothing they could do and to call customer service hotline. Wanted me to sit on hold for over an hour just to see if there was another small pickup available. Would never recommend you bring your business here.

We rented a truck, a furniture dolly, some furniture pads, and a utility dolly. The items should have been in the truck but never were. When we returned the truck, I told the man working at the counter and he said we wouldn’t be charged. We were charged. I have sent multiple emails and filed a claim, but they still haven’t issued a refund.

Unfriendly and claimed the collision insurance was required, despite making the reservation online where that was not the case. Add some minimal miles and all of a sudden your advertised $19.99 truck rental turns into $70.

Vehicle was dirty and did not have a back up camera like others I have rented. Online check-in is a nightmare for after hour rental.

I reserved a U-Haul moving truck from the office of East Nashville Self Storage. I was told that I could pick up the truck using their online Truck Share 24/7 service, which would allow me to pick up the keys at 8:00 on a Sunday morning. When I got to the facility and checked in online I was told that I had to wait for the office to open at 11:30. When I called U-Haul I was put on hold for 40 minutes, until I finally gave up and hung up. Apparently U-Haul believes that moving is something that people do at their leisure, and losing four hours of a day is not an important matter. I now have all of my belongings packed, people who got up early on a Sunday to help me move, and no truck. Thank you, U-Haul. If you are moving and cannot afford to play games then do not take a chance by renting a truck from this U-Haul facility.

If you have even the slightest interest of using this U-Haul location for your moving needs I strongly urge you to reconsider and go elsewhere. Try Penske or Home Depot. The customer service at this location is basically non-existent. The manager of the facility does the bare minimum and does not attempt to help customers resolve their issues. He dismissed my concerns regarding some unclear charges and directed me to the U-Haul customer service website. According to him he is an independent contract and is not employed by U-Haul. I suppose his duties and responsibilities as an independent contractor are just as limited as his social, intellectual, and customer service skills.

Terrible customer experience. Picked up my truck w/ 3/4 a tank on Friday. Was instructed explicitly that this truck only had 3/4 a tank and to just return it at that. Did that and still got hit with a $25 gas charge upon return even with having a photo oh the tank at over 3/4 full and the gas pump with the gas i put in.I was not instructed to take any photos on pick up - just to return with the same amount of gas.Called in to dispute and they would only refund half b/c *I* didn't have proof of what it was picked up at.... unbelievable. And the photos i did have "wouldn't prove that i actually put the gas in the uhaul truck", so it was my word against theirs.That they would even refund half without even showing my proof just tells me they get these disputes all the time and just try to get people out of their hair. Avoiding from here on out...

Easy rental, truck was easy to drive and in good shape. Staff was friendly and got us in and out quickly and the return was super fast. Definitely would rent again from this store and uhaul.
