If I could give zero stars I would. First of all, as ROCHELLE SAID.. you have zero business being a store manager PERIOD! Your disgusting attitude and belittlement while I was on the phone with you was worse experience ever with Uhaul. You are rude and dishonest. Don’t sit there and lie to people and say a Uhaul place doesn’t have equipment when I’m standing there in the parking lot looking at it. You lost $1200 from a customer. So glad Murfreesboro took care of my reservation because I would never spend a cent in your store. Uhaul do better.

I would give a zero star if there was the option. This location has worst customer service ever.. only one person handling this from his car and getting a hold of someone on the phone is a nightmare and office is never open. They charged me extra more than what it was already agreed on the contract not a honest customer service at this location I don’t even recommend it for my enemy.

Horrible Customer Service The Only Man Workin Was Too Old And It Took 1 Whole Hour To Take Care Of 3 People For Simple Tasks And They Lied To Me And Told Me To Come In And I Would Pay At The End That They Wouldnt Charge The Initial Card I Put Down And They Did Anyway
