Just left this location, and got color matched by Stacey. She was WONDERFUL! So kind, and made me feel so comfortable. Purchasing makeup and skincare products makes me feel vulnerable and anxious at times. Stacey put me at ease, and made som great recommendations!

OLGA is EXTREMELY RUDE. I spent a significant amount of time in the store and she walked past me several times and never said a word. Even rolled her eyes when we made eye contact and seemed quite hostile. Selectively chooses which customers to help and her tone was still very harsh when she was approached for help. Otherwise, I love this location and the other staff is amazing!

Had a really bad experience. Went for a blow dry and styling and it didn’t go according. I would suggest to go to any other salon other than ulta. Got my hair blow dried by Sarah and no one can tell it’s blow dried. Got curls done but I don’t find it on my hair the min I walked out of salon (like within 5mins) and they charged a huge amount for all the styling which I have to get it done in other salon. Hated it so much and regretted for trusting Ulta for my hair styling.

I usually have a great experience, but I suspect the store was short-staffed during my recent visit. I stopped by Friday after work and experienced a long wait in the fragrance department, hoping to find out which colognes included an additional gift. Unfortunately, I couldn't keep waiting and decided to purchase the new fragrance by Drake instead.
The sales associate at the counter was friendly and genuinely tried to assist me, but with the growing line behind me, I felt like I was holding others up and chose to complete my purchase rather than continue my search.
For those interested in promotions, ordering online may be a more efficient option
Unfortunately I didn't get a picture of the new fragrance
But the one in the photo was on sale and looked interesting

Had an okay experience at this ulta. Honestly don’t shop here very often. I went in to buy some products and saw there was a $10 off discount online for the same brand! They wouldn’t honor it and made me order through the website to get the discount. Terrible customer service. Now I have to sit here for an hour, waiting for the in-store pickup to hit their system, to get the product that’s sitting up at their counter.. I just to get the discount.

We called at 1013 am to make appt. The girl offered me a couple times today. She asked for my number and read it back. She said you are all set. See you at 3. My daughter goes up to get her haircut at 3. They have no record of appt. They said maybe we called wrong store. I show them my call log. 100 oaks store. They didn’t make it right and were terrible at customer service. They said Sarah was answering calls that morning. Clearly she didn’t log the call and didn’t own the mistake.

I made an appointment to have my eyebrows groomed at 11AM. I was on time when the store opened and no one showed up. No one greeted me or asked if I needed assistance even though I was standing around waiting. I waited 10 minutes and left. I will go somewhere else.

My same day order was missing items. The website had me call the store and the store had me call the website. The website had me call the store and the manager would no longer take my call. I’ve been a customer for years but won’t buy from Ulta again. Really disappointing.

I love this store. Everyone has always been so helpful. Amber is my hair stylist and she does wonderful cuts. I'm always happy with my look even when it grows out.
