My driver gets out of the truck with a note already filled out and leaves without attempting to deliver my package. My daughter observed this and tried to stop him. He ignored her and got back in his truck. UPS needs to fix this. Two days in a row now.

Not sure why this store is such a low rating. Before heading home we shipped a bunch of stuff back. The staff was extremely friendly. When the boxes showed up the packing was perfect. Nothing was damaged. Tape job was great! Highly recommended!

I would give it a zero star if I could. It is not open on Sunday although the sign says so. It says it’s on the third floor but the hotel thinks it’s on the second.

This store is conveniently located in the Omni Hotel.
Dajana is the best- she took great care of me when I had to ship some items last minute from Nashville back home. She was very helpful, friendly and professional! I highly recommend this location if you need shipping services in the area.

Wish I had read the reviews, comin to the Omni for a conference, Omni said hv items shipped to the ups store, called to make sure they arrived, Yes, we have 3 boxes for you, it will be $50- the fee to accept a package

You can’t print your own things like most UPS, you either have to use their computer or email their staff; then they charge you for either option (with no prior warning). Only benefit is it opens earlier than convention center UPS.

I do not know the person’s name who helped me tonight, but the return shipping information that I provided was not correct, and she went out of her way to call me and help me find the right information to return a pair of pants. I really appreciate her initiative and courtesy.

After shipping a large package via UPS and paying for it appropriately, this location charged me an additional $200 for receiving it. They would not let me have the package until I paid the bounty. Beware- if you ship from UPS to the Omni hotel, this UPS store will receive your package and hold the right to charge you whatever price they deem fit, simply for receiving it.
They do not support you after you pick it up either. They brought it up to the 3rd floor (they’re not near an elevator) and after charging me over $200 for a receiving fee, I still had to drag it out of the office and to the second floor location where I needed it. Most conference/hotel shipping locations will at least drop the package where you need it after they force you to pay them.

Avoid shipping here if you can. The pricing is predatory and takes advantage of customers with no other options. They don’t care and they don’t provide a “world class service” —they take every dollar from you that they can get away with and then some.

No signs indicating that there is UPS store (neither inside or outside). Also nice policy “2 usd fee for opening digital file”
