Top notch experience at this UPS Store. So grateful. We were visiting from out of town (dropping daughter off at college) and had a couple item to return to Amazon. The gentlemen that helped us was extremely nice and helpful, despite how busy they were. Thanks so much! Highly recommend.

Had to drop off couch from Amazon. Lexington helped us out and informed us how to message Amazon to get additional labels so we didn’t have to pay. Very friendly and helpful staff

I recommend utilizing the notary service at UPS on West End Ave (#126) as I was impressed with their professionalism and attentiveness. Very friendly staff who greet you as soon as you come through the door. Steve made the process smooth, ensuring that I felt comfortable throughout.

this ups store is amazing .i am a disabled senior citizen and i received a package from home depot which i needed to return .i contacted home depot about picking yup the package because I could not lift it into my car and they were no help. So i called this store and spoke with Trent and Steve and told them my problem and despite the fact that they are not a pick-up store they came in their person vehiclwe and took the package and returned it for me .THIS WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND AND SO HELPFUL.They could have blown me off like hope depot did but instead they helped me . please if you have any ups needs use this store . Blessings to Steve and Trent.

This store is always so busy. The UPS staff still acknowledge customers. They do there best to keep the line moving and up to speed not know what each customer is going to bring to the counter. Job well done.

I had to return an Amazon package here and the experience was pleasant and easy! The store employee who helped me, fittingly named Care, was very polite, helpful, and pleasant. 5-star employee! The store was clean and comfortable with no mess or smells.
