This is the best shipping store I have ever worked with. Incredibly kind and caring staff. I had a unique situation due to a busy travel schedule and the staff and owner here went above and beyond to work with me and help me find a solution. I highly recommend this UPS store and would trust them with any package, personal or business need. The location is also convenient, safe and easy parking, and the store itself is very nice. Thank you so much for the customer service, reliability, and hospitality!

The customer service at this location is deserving of more than 5 stars, for sure! I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and every printing project, shipment, or graphic design has been beautiful even on a tight schedule. David and the rest of the staff go the extra mile to ensure we have had the order fulfilled with high quality results. 100% recommended!

Almost every single time I’ve gone to this UPS location. The staff is incredibly unhelpful and unwilling to provide support.
The white bridge location is amazing.

My fiance (now husband) went to UPS to get our marriage license notarized. This is a fairly standard and generally unglamorous part of the marriage process but David who notarized our paperwork did a fantastic job at making us feel special and even took our picture for us to commemorate the moment. He was super friendly and kind to us on our special day and we really appreciated that.

I had to bring in a laptop and monitor to send back to my former employer, who gave me incomplete information to give to the associates. They were so helpful and sympathetic to my issues, even though I ended up having to come back the next day to complete the transaction after obtaining all the correct numbers and whatnot. I wish I had gotten names, I think one was Jeremy, but I could be wrong, but they were all attentive and professional. I will definitely be using this location from now on.

I use this UPS Store to ship and receive high dollar items, and the staff are extremely knowledgeable, diligent and friendly. The owner David is a wealth of information on all things shipping, printing, passport, notary-related, and a world traveler with many fun and interesting stories. This is a great place!
