My driver gets out of the truck with a note already filled out and leaves without attempting to deliver my package. My daughter observed this and tried to stop him. He ignored her and got back in his truck. UPS needs to fix this.

On the few occasions I have had to use this store, I have been pleasantly surprised. Although the line is usually 'long', it moves quickly and I've always been greeted with a friendly representative. All things considered, they get a five-star from me.

You are one of the most irresponsible and unfair companies I have ever encountered. You broke all my belongings and you are not giving me the money I paid. You said you would help me many times, but you always stalled and avoided responsibility. I will never forget what I experienced and I will start a legal process that you will not forget either. I will file a lawsuit through a lawyer as soon as possible to get the compensation I deserve. I will not only seek compensation for the damage I caused, but also for the victimization I suffered through legal means. I will use all my legal rights to the fullest extent to get at least three times the amount required. 🤌🏻🤌🏻 just wait a little bit

I have been coming to the Nippers Corner UPS Store for a few years now, mostly for Amazon returns. Pavi, RJ and other employees have always been so pleasant and helpful. The store has recently been remodeled and a new self-scan station has been added for people to do their own returns if they wish. I use it all the time. I would recommend this UPS store location 100%!
