Just dropped in to ship off a few Amazon returns. Was greeted with a friendly smile and a "How can I help you today?" from Anna. She had my returns processed and I was out the door in under 2 minutes. Great service!

This came up #1 as FedEx drop location. THEY DO NOT TAKE FEDEX. And they were rude.

It's sad because I used to like this location but today when I went to drop off some stuff I had a bad experience. Both Anna and Diana were very rude and confrontational. If you want a better experience go to the one down the road I know I am next time.Edited just to point out that I looked at their name tag to remember their names so that I can explicitly mention them in a review, that is how much they struck me as rude.

Christopher did a great job handling my guitar. It went out, and came back to me, in one piece. All of the staff members greeted me when I walked in and even asked questions to make conversation. Lots of new faces so things seem to be picking up. Good experience!

Not okay the way people are treated here. It’s not the clerks’ fault, that’s on management. The UPS Store doesn’t charge to tape boxes. The staff doesn’t know this? They were going to make me purchase a 3 pack of rolls of tape.. Drove five minutes up the street and at the Belle Meade UPS Store (which always has friendly service!) I didn’t even have to ask. This is not the first time we’ve received service here that is confusing and not in line with other UPS Store locations.

Unfortunately, there’s a reason this store has the lowest rating of all the UPS locations around. Several staff members have been rude and unhelpful on more than one occasion. I’d recommend the location just up the road in Belle Meade for much better service!

This store constantly has solicitors in front of their building. It’s such a pain I didn’t want to go into the store next to them. They randomly closed one day after leaving a sign saying they’d be back in an hour. Several of us waited for them to open back up and the sign miraculously disappeared. They also quite frequently give the wrong information when returning Amazon packages. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. I’d give zero stars if possible.

I would give this place -5 stars if I could. The staff is just absolutely horrific. They all have awful attitudes and treat customers like they are an annoyance. One girl in particular speaks to customers as if they are stupid just for asking a simple question. As a manager, I would be embarrassed to have people like them working under me. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere! Not worth it!

Customer service and professionalism are definitely lacking at this location. Maybe more training on how to properly address customers would be beneficial in making a better experience for customers and wanting to return.

Horrible experience. I stood in line to mail a package to Canada. The clerk was very nice and helpful, but ran into some issue. She called the manager who then came and tried to fix the issue (not sure what it was with the register), but then told me that I could NOT MAIL A KNIFE TO CANADA. He told me that I would have to go to the Customer Service Center on White's Creek Pike. I challenged him on this and he became snarky, told me some story about "they have different licenses and such". I went to the Service Center and there was no problem. Those folks there were very helpful, but essentially told me that "he didn't want to do the work required for an international transaction". Very poor.

This is a very busy store and the employees always take care of me. There are reviews of people saying the employees are rude but maybe y’all are just sensitive? I hope everyone is able to show some grace to these employees who show up and take care of our packages for us.

On Wednesday, Sep 13th, 2023, at approximately 15:25 hours, I arrived at The Ups Store to pick up a package. (Tracking #tba308645784919). Upon investigation the Ups employees could not locate the package after multiple attempts of searching. Upon further investigation, the shipper informed me the package was delivered and received by Jacob at approximately 13:50 hours on Sep 12,2023. At this time, I informed a Manager, Chris Brown, and requested if he could further investigate by contacting Jacob or conducting camera review to potentially see if the package was received. Chris Brown proceeded to tell me this is amazons fault and on multiple occasions they will just put a name down and just drop off the package or not deliver the packages. I became frustrated due to Brown being unwilling to follow up on where my package could have went . He was rude, I requested he contact Jacob and he stated No Jacob is off and he knows Jacob did not receive the package he works at the highway 100 store and he kept blaming the amazon delivery driver, despite them having on file a name who received the package. When I asked why are they not following protocol he stated the drivers just use theirs names and drops them off or just takes them. Chris did not take responsibility in doing what he could to fully satisfy the customer, Due to him being frustrated, he was unwilling to truly help a frequent customer, who needed their package which was paid for to be delivered in two days. I want this to be investigated on why proper procedures are not being followed when receiving packages. Why are The Ups Store employees blaming others even when the package was delivered and was received by them on FILE with a name?Follow up: at approximately 16:49 hours on 9/13/23, I contacted The Ups store, highway 100 location in regards to getting Corporate contact information to report such incident, however, surprisingly received Jacob on the phone who informed me he was a manager as well. I briefed Jacob on my experience and the situation at the store with Manager Chris, after further investigation Jacob confirmed he did receive my package & realized he accidentally placed my package in mailbox with the same first name as mine. He apologized and was polite. At this time I proceeded to drive back to the store and touched basis with Chris who informed me he spoke with the customer who has my package, however she will not be in town till next week. When I asked Chris why he told me Jacob was off today when he refused to help me as I requested , he stated he never said that, however, the shipper , Tabatha was on the phone with me and is a witness who heard Chris making false statements that Jacob was not at work and other statements unwilling to help me the customer. This is not who should be representing the company and this is completely unacceptable. If Chris had been willing to help it could have easily been found out that Jacob accidentally placed the package in the wrong mailbox, instead everyone else was blamed except the Ups employee’s negligence of handling the customer’s package.

Sent a domestic package of a few documents by 2-day air and was charged $60. The package did not even leave the store for 2 business days and was delivered 2 days late. UPS customer service told that the store agent created the wrong label and asked me to go to the store for a refund. The store agent did not even apologize or accept the mistake, he said that there are no guarantees on 2-day air so they won't do a thing.

update to add: I reached out to the email provided and still got no response from anyone.Horrible experience, had to ship my son's trial device, says label created, but UPS supposedly can not track. Or help, ups blames it on store, store blames it on UPS. Upon calling the store close to closing time, had to call 3 times for someone to answer. Asked a question, employee says sur, hang on while I put you on hold and look that up. Puts me on hold and left store, was on hold 15 minutes, for 10 of that after posted store hours. Good job and good training UPS. Both the store and delivery side are udderly worthless, now we are responsible for paying for a several thousand dollar lost device due to no fault of our own.
