I’ve been coming to this location for years and have always had the best service until this girl was hired and is just so mean to customers. I didn’t know I had to buy an envelope for the type of mail I was sending and I just asked a question about if that was normal and she said “if you don’t like it you can feel free to go somewhere else. I’ve been here a year and have never seen you so I don’t care.” In front of everyone! All for asking a question. It was humiliating. She made me cry in the middle of the store. Never coming back. Life is too short to be this mean to people for no reason. attached is receipt with name and cashier information since no one will respond to my email as instructed below.

I also regret I must give 1 star (or less). I went in with lotion & body butter for an injured friend and was told it would be $21 to box and pack (not including ship). THEN after buying their small $8 box to take and pack myself they STOPPED me, examined the body butter label and said they WON’T ship it anyway because an ingredient is alcohol. They said the body butter was flammable and unshippable by their “franchise.” So the butter will burn but their $8 cardboard box won’t? I am shocked and really don’t want to go back to a place I felt was my neighborhood friendly shipping store.

I regret that I can't give this place less than one star. I vowed never to darken their door again after a really bad experience a couple of years back, but I made the mistake of giving them another chance today. Seriously--make the drive to the Bellevue Valley Plaza location on Hwy 70 instead! You'll be much happier. Trust me!

My friend left his typewriter at my apartment (who uses typewriters anyways?) and the staff was so helpful in carefully packing and shipping it back to Florida!!! I was expecting to wait a fortnight but it was actually delivered in a timely manner. We've been on a winning streak -- where's the trophy for this group of workers? They're the ones to beat!

I called ahead to make sure that their notary services were nationally applicable. The gentleman on the phone confirmed they were. I drove 35 minutes to this location only to find out they are only able to certify within Davidson county.

I have had two recent visits to this office. Both times the staff were extremely professional and helpful. They provided me with great advice and took care of my packages efficiently. Most important, they were friendly and personable. Great ambassadors for the company.

Comically bad drop in service from this place unfortunately, it’s a real life Popcopy skit. Need to use it as an Amazon drop? Perfect. Want something boxed or shipped? Head down the street to Staples for a way way better experience without getting gouged.

Fabulous UPS location. Great service, nice employees. I have witnessed them so often go above and beyond for their customers, even with long lines during the holiday season.
