Buyer beware when using their Passport Photo services. I brought two set (one for each daughter) The passport office rejected one set. So I had to purchase a new set at the Passport office or reschedule the appointment. So I purchased a new set. When I went to back to the store to get a refund and they refused. Considering that the cutting of the photo was a mistake of the UPS Store employee and I paid for another set of passport photos at the Passport Office to avoid being extremely inconvenienced, the UPS Store should issue a refund. I highly discourage anyone from using this service especially if they are not going to stand behind their quality of work.

My recent visit to UPS Store #3196 left me thoroughly disappointed. Despite diligently adhering to their 'package carefully' instructions, the monitor I entrusted to them arrived at the manufacturer's location in a damaged state, a direct result of inadequate packaging.Hoping to rectify the situation, I promptly visited the store to file a claim. Regrettably, the interaction that followed was disheartening. The staff's lack of assistance and dismissive attitude were unexpected and disappointing. As a loyal customer, I anticipated a more empathetic and solution-oriented approach.I believe it's important to voice my experience to ensure better service for both current and future patrons. While I'm hopeful that my feedback will be taken constructively, I also hope that UPS Store #3196 takes proactive steps to enhance their customer support and packaging procedures. Customers deserve a level of care that matches their trust in the UPS brand.

I have been using their services for years and have always been impressed with their friendly, helpful, and efficient service.Lynnette always going above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy. She is patient, understanding, and always willing to help. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to shipping things, but Lynnette always makes me feel at ease. She takes the time to explain everything to me in detail and makes sure I understand the process. She also goes out of her way to make sure my packages are shipped on time and in good condition.I highly recommend the UPS Store on Murfreesboro Pike to anyone who needs shipping, printing, mailing or shredding services. The staff is amazing and they will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy.I am always happy to go to this store and I know I can always count on the staff to provide me with excellent service.

Lynnette and the staff are fantastic and go the extra mile to to make me and elderly mother in law comfortable and well taken care of during our trips to to this particular UPS store on Murfreesboro Rd in the heart of Antioch. Impeccable customer service is standard at this Antioch UPS store. Mike the manager treats his employees like family and is always kind and professional. Check it out!

This new policy of charging customers $3 dollars to print out a PRE-PAID Label for a package is absolutely ridiculous! Printer ink, & paper, are not that expensive. This is predatory. I'm already doing UPS a favor by dropping the package off, vs having them come to my house to pick it up. The least they can do is reciprocate.

3 bucks to print a label I created online, then the associate scanned the printed label and printed their own sticker label. Could just scan my phone. Wasteful and unnecessary charge.

I had a wonderful experience today I needed a lot of copies made and documents printed I was panicking and Diana hickerson was there she made everything smooth got me all my copies and made sure I was all taken care of she was very sweet and extremely helpful she’s AMAZING at her job !
