Disappointed that you do not get a call back by the staff. Disappointed in Daniel following my business partner out their front door arguing his lack of knowledge was the best US Bank can accomplish. The place is always a ghost town branch, never busy!Disappointed after 7 days waiting for Downtown US Bank and still no answer and clearly argued that was the best they could do…Then we went to the Brentwood branch and the Branch Manager Steve Ernster fixed every issue in 10 minutes 3 employees downtown could not resolve in 7 days.A 3.5 google rating is considered horrible for a business. This branch has a well deserved 2.7.

Bad customer service and nearly inaccessible to the public.I was sent to the ATM machine by a branch worker that was located at a different entrance behind a locked door and ended up questioned by random workers. Not only is it a bit of a walk, but anytime entering the Batman building I get a loud excuse me from the front desk, and it’s always an uncomfortable experience.

I took out an equity loan from US Bank after researching several companies. The reason I chose them was they allowed me to take out a smaller loan of $15k, as most of the others would only provide agreeable terms if I took out a much larger loan than I wanted ($30 Kmin). One of the "perks" they could also offer was a .25 rate reductions if I opened a checking account with them to set up automated payment to the loan. It was obvious they want me to move all my money to be my primary bank. However, but was not of interest to me, as I am a long time customer of another institution in which I have have no problem with whatsoever. 18 months into the loan I looked at the statement to find that I have been assessed a $39 fee for ISF, then 7 days later another $39 fee for ISF. (Yes, my fault for not funding the account). $78 dollars in seven days of fees is asinine. I quickly went to the branch to meet with a banker to fund the account, and as why i was not notified via text, email, phone call, automated system that my account was Insufficient and it need to be resolved. He said that the only way to be notified was to open another account with online banking. In other words, give us more of your money and we will help you. i quickly explained that I felt that i was being held hostage and that this is extremely poor customer service and under no circumstance would I give them my money or business. Unfortunately, i am now stuck with them for another 18 months until my loan is not subject to prepayment fees.

I am a jazz Pianist. Last Saturday I played at the Christmas Party for The Governor's Club in Brentwood. The committee gave me a wonderful $100 tip. I took it to US Bank and they charged me $7.00 to cash it. I explained that their customer meant for me to have $100 not $93. They didn't want to hear it. I will be writing the White House about this, but thought I would let my local compatriots who bank with them know that the bank is not honoring your IOU. Shame!

We call it the "Bat Building" but it's THE most noted land mark in Nashville and no matter the perspective, it's beautiful site to behold.

Cash advance at 120% APR. $35 fee for overdrafts of any size. Banks should not be doing this.

MY BANK...it is located in the lobby of the "BAT BUILDING" in downtown Nashville..so convenient for me...since I work upstairs on the 19th floor... I love this bank. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It is never crowded or busy. I can dash down on my 15 min. break and still get back in plenty of time to grab a soda.. I highly recommend this bank.....
