It is one of the worst banks, as the employees are very negligent and there is no accountability or supervision over them, and they deal with extreme stupidity, lack of conscience, and lack of understanding in their work, and most of them are Egyptians, which indicates that they work with negligence and irresponsibility.

This branch is a disaster. Middle of the day the lobby was closed and there’s only one person working the lobby moving painfully slow. Took my license so I can’t leave. Been waiting 10 minutes

After waiting almost 25 minutes, teller (Ron) was doing five things at once and counted my money to be almost $400 short. He said he “miscounted my hundreds”,while he was holding someone else’s cash. This is not the first time this has happened at this branch. The tellers are poorly multitasking and work too fast because they’re short staffed. I don’t recommend this branch.

I called before going to this branch. I needed a will notarized. They didn’t answer at the branch so I called the customer service 800 number that was supplied. I asked what I would need to bring along. I was instructed that just the document and an ID. I specifically asked if I needed to bring witnesses and was told no that a bank employee could do it and not to worry about it. Once at the bank they refused to notarize the documents without witnesses I supplied. They would not under any circumstances allow a bank employee to be a witness. Very disappointed in the inconsistency. The customer services saying one thing then the bank not honoring that and refusing to notarize my will.

Incompetent and rude bank manager. My cashier’s check was lost in the mail(I closed my acct and had a balance). His first reaction at hearing I’d been waiting 3 wks for it was to say “go sit over there and wait”. The next day I came to get the check stopped and reissued. He said that couldn’t be done even though a 24 hr banking manager said it could (I spoke to one the day prior). As I was walking out he criticized me for closing my acct over the phone saying I should’ve come in to close it. Not helpful at all.

Because you can’t get an in person contact, had a phone appointment for 3:00pm waited until 3:30 on call. Decided to give them a call. Lady put me on hold for 14 minutes. Came back to tell me the CSR that was to call me is busy and would give a call back today. I am still waiting on call.

This bank is so poorly laid out that we sit in the drive-through for over half an hour and you’re locked in at that point there’s no way out. Clearly they have no one running their drive-through’s but people sitting in their office looking out the window at you. If I didn’t have to do the banking for my mother I would never come to this place I don’t know why anyone banks with US bank anymore

This bank is the worst. Unhappy that I opened an account here. Hey, how bout having more than one person working the drive through, on a Friday. Thanks for making people sit for a half an hour, while you try to run 2 lanes. PULL YOUR HEADS OUT!!!!

This has the be the slowest bank ever. I have never sat so long in a drive thru just now and I was car #2, at least 30 minutes and it’s not like you can just pull off, you are stuck where you are. The employees are rude as well. Not sure if they are short staffed or not but it was terrible.
