Definitely dropping my account soon. Brought my yearly bonus to this branch, been banking here for years. Manager at this location would only cash half the check and told me there would be a five day hold. I asked why and all I was told was "the amount," as if I haven't brought more in before, never once did anyone place a hold on my account. She wouldn't speak to me herself, just ran and hid when I was clearly not happy. I don't know what she thought she was proving to who. A week rolls by and I have to call to get someone to finish the transaction. What was the point of the hold if it took two seconds to send it through? In what world, as a bank, is forcibly taking someone's financial autonomy good for your business? It obviously wasn't a fake check. Lady, what was the point of that?

Stay away stay away stay away. This particular credit union doesn't deserve any stars, but this wasn't given as an option here. The people who work at this particular credit union lack professionalism, organization, and respect for their customers.The people who work at this particular credit union don't like to accept and answer telephone calls. The people who work at this particular credit union aren't fair and do not treat everyone equally. They are racists and they show it. The staff are culturally biased. This particular credit union is run by racists, being that it is in the south and in a red state. I was denied banking products because of my national origin by this white female representative. She treated me suspiciously when I met her. This particular credit union is ran and operated by the most unintelligent and incompetent individuals. It is recommended that one does not use this particular credit union for any type of financial services. You will be better off selecting a financial institution that makes you feel welcomed, that can serve your financial needs, and that can help you meet your financial goals.

Friendly tellers but painfully slow. Tellers ignored lobby customers to help drive through customers only. First teller that took me had me get back in line because she hadn't been trained on deposits yet. Don't come here in a hurry or on your lunch break.

I want to send a special thank you to Mrs. Glenda Harris! Where do I start? Before I met Mrs. Harris, I had just left US Community Credit Union off Old Lebanon the day before due to some activity on my account. While I was at the Lebanon location, it took me four walks to the ATM before the lady got my new card activated correctly (she didn't know she had to verify the card). Before I left, my funds were not in my new account. She said it should be on there tomorrow. Well, tomorrow came, and still no money. I was distraught because something told me not to leave the bank until the issues was fixed, but I left anyway. The next day, I went to a different location, and I met Mrs. Harris! She looked at my account and noticed right away what was wrong and fixed my account right away. I was close to pulling all my funds from the bank, but Mrs. Harris made me think twice because she took her time and corrected the issue. Thank you so much, Mrs. Harris, for fixing my account and saving the day! You are truly Amazing!

I had an amazing experience here at US Community Credit Union- at arrival I was greeted immediately and felt welcomed by all staff - Ms. Glenda Harris finalized my account and made a bad day for me better! 10/10 recommend

Just want to let the public know that the Donelson Branch is the worst branch I've ever been to of all the US Community Credit Union. I had to go into the branch, because their was one car in front of me that was holding up the line. That's ok, it was lunch time, when I got in the teller was busy no problem again only one working. What a assume to the branch manager never offer to help her or even speak for that matter, or asked if I need help. She just went in her office is this what customer service is in this world. I worked for a bank for many years and this would never be accepted, also work retail same thing. I'm moving my account to Chase thanks for helping me make that decision

I went to drive thru to get funds out of my credit union account that's located in Memphis. I encountered the nastiest cashier ever. I ask for a form so I can pull funds out of my account which is located in Memphis. The nasty customer service representative said you need to come in. I said I am on a walker, last time, I came in someone told me I can go to drive thru to get funds out of my account. The nasty customer service representative said I do not think so, we would never say that. I told the nasty customer service representative I am not a liar. I have no problem coming in. Darlene was the customer service representative on the inside who was super nice. Darlene is the reason why I did not give my experience with them one star. I explain to her about the nasty drive thru customer service representative. She apologized on her behalf. Darlene said during COVID they processed all services via driver thru. So, I understood why last time I was here they said I could go thru driver thru it was to keep down the amount of traffic inside. Customer service is everything. I will hope the nasty customer service representative will learn how to speak to customers I. A way that she would want to be spoken too. No one is obligated to have an account with Us Community Credit Union. It's our choice.

I called and asked about refinancing my auto loan and USCCU did a great job walking me through the application process. I was quickly approved for a loan at a great rate. The representative (Sterling) I worked with made the application process very easy and was incredibly helpful. Everything moved quickly and smoothly.

This is rare, however, it's horrible. I've been in line for a teller for over 40 minutes now and I'm still behind 2 other cars that haven't been helped yet. It shouldn't take a hour to get your money.
