This bank was affiliated with a bank I had back home and recommend it to my father in law. Opened a checking account and a couple weeks later he wanted to finance a car. He never had to before and was anxious about the process, understandably. I told him to get pre-approved and we asked the branch manager, Hannah lots of questions. She explained it very well to both of us and even told us to make sure check the carfax with the bank and recommend some dealers and told us what to look out for. When we found the right car, we were in a bit of a rush as it was right before they closed, she really went above and beyond to make sure we were in and out with a check explaining my FIL's car payments and interest rate. We truly feel this is the best banking experience we have ever had with incredible customer service. We are so thankful for Hannah and her team at US community credit union.

I love the Usccu! Gone are the days of waiting on hold just to be transferred from person to person! Problems are solved quickly, and all staff are incredibly nice and compassionate, especially Megan who’s helped me multiple times! Only good experiences here!

Terrible service. After going in to a branch in addition to applying for checking accounts online, and waiting 2 days before reaching back out to check status my inquiry. With no movement, I decided to take my business to Ascend Credit Union. Clearly my business wasn’t wanted and most likely a precursor for how they treat members overall.

I am not a member of US community credit union and I felt like it. The teller Who helped me was older white lady she was not very engaging. I usually go to the one in hermitage because I do not live near to my credit union. The hermitage location environment just seems more welcoming. Thank for your service though.

The only issue is it seems the number to check my acct only works during certain hours like I’ve been calling it all day today or any holiday and it seems disconnected like I should be able to call anytime, holidays and after hours like what’s up with that? Other than that things are good. ?

How is it that there isn't a location in Murfreesboro?. So I have to drive all the way to Antioch each time I needed to Carry out some Transactions, this is really fraustrating ?

Anytime I do a banking transaction at this location there seems to be an issue. I brought a check to the bank to deposit into my account and was told immediately upon receiving the check there would be a hold placed on the funds. I didn't ask to cash the check I asked to deposit the check. I asked why will there be a hold on the funds, and was told because I didn't have enough money in my account to cover the check. If I had the money in my account, there would be no need for the check. Not to mention this was a business check not a personal check. Im trying to take care of business and am being told by my bank, I have to wait 5-7 business days before the funds are available for me to use. This was the last straw for me. Im currently looking for another bank to do business with. Its too difficult to do business with USCC.

Awesome enrollment and customer service experience. Sarah and her team were great! Even the security guard was a delight. I arrived half an hour before closing on Friday and didn't feel rushed. Got all my questions answered and got a shot in the money vault! Great products. What a credit union atmosphere should be. Glad to join the family.

I have been with this company for 10yrs and never had any problems. Staff is awesome, you talk to alive person who is always polite, and the building is always clean.
