I knew there would be quite a few things needing attention, but what really impressed me was that they were willing to tell me what was immediately needing attention, as well as things that would need to be done in the future. There was no pressure and a full explanation of what was done now and what would need to be done eventually and why it could wait. Mark is very personable and knowledgeable over his cars and has a great atmosphere in the building. You can walk the showroom to your hearts content without being bothered. I truly felt like I was back in Connecticut at a luxury dealer.
There is absolutely no pressure, no annoying salesman following you and staring awkwardly, no rounds of questioning. Its just you and the cars.
My test drive was great and the price was very good compared to the market. Mark also does not charge any dealer fees or document fees so you do have to register the car yourself but you do get a temporary tag.
Mark even set me up with a credit union for an absolutely fantastic interest rate and he doesn't charge any spread on the interest rates like almost every other dealership does.
I bought the car a couple weeks ago and got the title in the mail about 3 weeks after purchase. I just registered it the other day and couldn't be happier with it.
I will absolutely be coming back to this dealership in the future for all of my cars.”
