Our mail lady refuses to deliver our mail Every chance she gets. She is rude and does whatever she wants when she wants. We have filed multiple complaints and absolutely nothing has been done. I can’t even get this location to answer the phone. This last incident she says she can’t deliver due to the presence of animals. We have cameras around our house. There were no animals and Amazon pulled up behind her got out came through our gate and delivered just fine with no issues. Everyone wonders why the post office is going under this is it. Terrible customer service and terrible employees.

Absolutely terrible. They lose your packages, they place them unsecured in areas that have signs that say “do not leave packages unsecured in the mail room”, they almost never deliver on time, and even when you sign up for text notifications you never get them.

I receive a package from Amazon months ago it said it was delivered to my mail box but it wasn't then I had Kroger's coupons in the mail I have informed delieverys and it shows on ny phone in Email what I get went to check mail today my Kroger coupons wasn't there I would like to receive my mail not put in someone else's mailbox pay attention to names and Apartment numbers and put in correct box not someone elses

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The particular mail carrier for my house refuses to leave my mail for no reason. This never would have happened in the north. I hate it here.
Edit: I went to the post office yesterday to sign ahead of time for a package that should have been delivered today. I wasn't home during the delivery time and they told me at the post office yesterday that it would be left for me because I signed ahead of time. I came home today to find they didn't leave it. It is a very time sensitive situation and the mail carrier refuses to follow instructions. I'm convinced they do this on purpose at this point. It's not safe to use USPS any longer.

One of the worst as far as customer service goes. They treat you like you are interrupting their day. Not one word was exchanged between us today. It's like I was talking to a brick wall. All I got in return was a grunt. Nice one USPS. I would have used the self service but the door was blocked up - at 10:00 am. Smh.

Going down hill. My husband and I have lived at my address for 5 years, names written on mailbox, never had an issue but now they keep coming up with reasons not to deliver my mail. I had the large heating element sent to my address and they returned to sender saying my address is not reachable. I don’t even have a fence. My guess is someone parked blocking my mailbox so they used that excuse even tho this package was 5x the size of the mailbox and would have need to go to the doorstep. Today my package returned to sender bc addressee was not listed. I know we are bc I put in the change of address myself and have been getting mail here for almost half a decade. It’s the address listed on our IDs too. Names literally written on the mailbox itself. Got the email saying my package was out for delivery then at 6pm after the PO is closed it updates to returned to sender after I can even go in and talk to somebody before it gets sent off early in the AM. thanks aholes

Does not deliver packages on time, says they’re delivered but then they don’t show up until two days later or I have to go into the office to get them. Closes as early as 2pm with no notice. I think they’re understaffed so I don’t blame the workers but that is something management needs to figure out. Overall have not had this many problems with any other post office.

Love this post office! The workers have been very helpful in helping me find my packages and making sure our mail is delivered safely. Our mail carrier went out of her way to deliver a package that had the wrong address listed. Thank you postal workers!

Customer Serivce staff is completely understaffed. Frequently only one person working here. Also, always out of stamps. How do you run out of stamps at a post office?

Says it closes at 2pm on Saturday however they lock the door much earlier. I arrived at 1:45 and woman behind the counter locked the doors so the only thing available was the self service. Why advertise you close at 2 if you lock the doors at 1:30p people drove across town our or of the area because it the hours are 2pm when in reality they close before then! If I wanted self service I would have gone to the USPS by my house!

Never mail anything from this location. If you do it will get lost, end up in another state or sent back to you either way things brought here don’t end up where they are supposed to. I mailed a package a week ago. It hasn’t moved in 3 days. It was only supposed to go across town but is not in Cincinnati. When you call no one with USPS can tell you why this happened or how to correct it. They say it will be delivered. So a boy is without a Christmas present because they are too incompetent to deliver a package across town. My mail is constantly delivered to my neighbor and I have had packages turned back for no delivery access? I live in a house on a corner lot how can you not see my mailbox?? They don’t answer the phone and like everyone else on here is saying they are rude and not helpful when you visit the location. Horrible service
